The pill I'm having trouble swallowing is how the thing with Yates going "see how Sili hasn't voted Alanna yet?" just for Sili to vote Alanna in the next post.

I'm gonna go back and pull that sequence together so I can see the breakdown of timestamps to check how fast it all happened. Unless there is substantial time between each post (which I don't think there is) I HIGHLY doubt someone was posting that in real time.

Okay so I can't remember or figure out how to get the actual time breakdown in each post, but you can see this sequence here all happened within a minute.

 

Which means someone would have to literally be online as this was happening, F5'ing like crazy and double tabbing into a QT/PM that would require Sili to also be F5'ing like crazy and copying over/typing up each new message as they came.

I don't have time to pull quotes, but here are my most current reads. I'm going to try to be available this afternoon, but if I'm not, I'll be online tomorrow for sure. 

 

1. Hally - started off weird with AJ, looked a bit better when Des was questioning her, has slipped a few times and I'm not really sure that I'm getting a townie vibe from her "catch" in Sili's post. scum

2. AJ - now that AJ seems fully engaged in the game, I have a town read on him, even if he is going around in circles on me. town

5. Pral - his reads do not seem organic, he's pushing an agenda. The fact that his reads haven't really evolved since the start of his read is telling. scum

6. Clov - claimed doc, no cc. town

8. Verbal - When he's here, I like his posts and they don't look like Verb's scum posts. town

9. Des - I've been getting solid townie vibes from Des, I don't know really what to make of Sili's claim regarding him tracking Des to Wombat. Des doesn't seem to be faking here. town

10. Alanna - Alanna has had good tone the entire game and is working towards solving the game. town

11. Yates - no gambits and he's being open. He has a very comfortable vibe, and nothing really seems forced. town

12. Csarmi - keep going back and forth on, he's still closer to town than scum though. I think he's so hard for me to read because of what he claims are all townie things for him are more things I'd look for in scum. 

14. Sili - his behavior is so erratic. I was leaning derptown on him before, but with that mention of ninja, and this voting thing I'm leaning scum on him. scum

15. Tommy - warning signal is starting to go off with Tommy. I haven't really liked a few of his posts, they seem slightly forced. I still have him as null, because like I said, I'm not the best at reading him. 

16. Nyn - there is no way in this game that Nyn is scum. There is no way she could mask her annoyance if she was scum again and she is actively participating in the thread. I'd expect a scum Nyn to take a step back and let the townies fight it out. She's also not being overly defensive.

All I was trying to express is that it was sort of ironically funny/weird that whenever you would mention something he would automatically do it as if to reinforce the point. I don't really buy coincidences in Mafia games - but I did also say I think it's much more likely that he was trolling.

 

I don't believe in coincidence either. That's why I said it would be someone reading. So yeah, it's either Sili trolling or someone that was reading the thread but not posting - much.

 

Let me know what you think of my TG analogy. I don't recall how that worked.

 

I would go option A after looking at that sequence over again that originally made me doubt you.

 

The TG/Wombat thing in Darthe's game is mostly what is making me hesitate because it directly lead to town mislynches. The difference here is that Wombat wasn't responding as quickly or even in real-time at all. TG had time to craft those posts and make them believable. Here Sili is in the moment, which would require him and his 'controller' to be in perfect sync in order for sequences like the above to happen as they did.

 

To me it strongly points that he's just trolling, which is lame on his part, especially if he's going to try to bash us as bad players.

Still think Leelou is a good option.

 

Part of the reason I shot SP N1 (if I did shoot him) was because Sili claimed to have used a NA on Leelou and I didn't want to tamper with his potential results.

 

Looking back it may have been a ploy to distance/protect her - especially if he decided to 'track' Despot because 'he was mafia'

I don't see anything that bothers me about this read list, per say. It's similar to mine with the exception of a few reads..... ie town reading Verbal, which I'm not sure of myself. I know she can read him better than most, though, As far as Halli goes I feel like she has upped her game so I'm not as sure of her being scum as Lee seems to be. Also I would like Lee to expand on the posts of Tommy she didn't like because I've been following Tommy's line of thought considerably well throughout the game. So... yeah... quoting the actual posts she's referring to would help to know where she's coming from.

I just cannot contemplate your collective inaction. if someone tells you they are cop and someone is mafia you lynch them. you do not walk around the subject. you do not merely roll your eyes when the accused says that the accuser is just being an oddity. have you ever seen a townie be nonchalant when told he is guilty and knows the accuser is lying.
