I'm clueless as to who is Despot's partner then and why they'd fake claim in this situation.

 

I think it caused a lot more headache than was required.

 

Can't really see Addi being with him though after some of his commentary towards her.

 

He had his bottom 3 as Hallia, Dice and Key so I would rule them out as well.

 

I'm not his partner. Yates is the Seer apparently. Clov was voting him EOD but Despot also had TG as potential scum before he was NK'd.

My only tinfoil is Yates as he feigned some ignorance regarding dice, which I've seen Yates do before as scum.  If there is going to be a deep wolf this game I'd guess him.

There's a difference between "feigning ignorance" and having no idea what someone is talking about. Did you see his supposed "crumb" that I should have picked up? And who "crumbs" a VT claim? Especially in a game full of nothing but VT's and masons? Not to mention fake claiming mason without a partner to back up your claim would be suicide. Makes. No. Sense.

So that was supposed to be this games equivalent to claiming VT on Day 1? There is ZERO chance I would have figured that out. Plus, it isn't as impactfull as it would be in a game that wasn't 70% vanilla. AND there's no way to tell if you are a VT or simply not Illuminati. So, like I said, I still don't get the play. But fair enough.

As far as I know you've only done it the one time.  And you could be trying to use that and my relationship as your brother from another mother against me.  And if you did that?  My heart would be irreparably broken.
