I get frustrated when people ignore the big picture to focus on narrow details. It's not good policy. I could quote one bad post by Pral or Krak or Darthe's colored reads list and beat it to death but I'm not confident I'll get the right results that way. Krak had a townish post about Arsis; Pral has had townish protests to suspicion on him, even TI had town tells and I'm trying to weigh everything instead of finding one "gotcha!" You know how Des will go "this post is bleugh" and then "but this post looks better"? That's actually good. That's what happens in my head too.

 

In the big picture I feel like I'm SUPER town. This is the most town you'll ever see me. So if I can still be suspected here despite town telling left and right I'm just gonna be sad. I think I'm like 94% town 6% scum but people keep bringing up the 6% and it's really wearing on my nerves.

I know that you know that's not what he said. He said that you're establishing the 60% margin so you can go - oh wow, there were Town, i guess I should have trusted my 40% morer.

I think Darthe is using made up Meta reads on me to paint me as Mafia. He had to back track and twist around after the initial info he gave was duff.

 

 

Tommy then rallied round and posted a hell of a lot of stuff about Turin again. It's like he didn't want to address my posts as I'm a lot more open and less controlled than Turin. He always talks like he's still in the Navy. He's also been quite concerned about me and things that are happening.

 

I would say you need to ensure people give really clear reasons for voting us. A lot of them seem wishy washy.

 

Perhaps we would be better off just being absent like a lot of the participants seem to be. But we do try and join in - even though that means we become a target.

 

I would watch them carefully as the game progresses.

Ithi what do you mean with the bolded? I practically begged you to read the game and find scum for me. I talked to you guys for hours yesterday trying to squeeze anything I could out of you that might help me clear you. We both count. You have to read us both. Do I read as mafia? Where are all the ithi quotes? You just accepted the Darthe meta on me, and then went to work on Turin.

 

And I'm sorry. I can't read the whole thread. I don't have time and will most likely be lynched so I frankly not going to waste my time or be distracted from the now by getting stuck in the past.

You could make that argument about anything though.  If I said I was 98% sure you were scum you'd be complaining about the 2%.  If I said 100% you'd say only scum can be certain.  This isn't an alignment indicative argument it's simply bad logic and I need more from you two so that if this is a bad lynch town has time to change.

And what do you think you've actually done in this game? You argued with TG about the claim, had the mod announce you were leaving, and then came back and ignored my pleas for you to do something productive. Turin has been here for the entire game. He's obviously going to be a more helpful read. Is that incorrect??

It's a bad Lynch, in that we're Town. It's also a good lynch because we're very active and have had a lot of interactions that can be used. As I've said before - we've only got one job.

 

I would just like people to state if they honestly believe we are Mafia - or they just think we're today's best lynch.

I came back because I wanted to make sure our alignment was given clearly. I still have stuff going on, but I felt it was important that I participate - even in a small way - so that a more accurate evaluation can be done.

 

You keep on though. I just really didn't want any Town to get caught up in the - oh well they were Town so you must be Mafia lynch set ups that will occur.

Add to this Turin's posts I pulled from other games displaying odd phrasing he's used as past scum and a lack of the breadth he's displayed as past town.

 

Add Turin's silly 180 on the miller claim which he later explained away as a reaction test.

 

Add you seeing the need to have the mod confirm your absence.

 

Add my personal disagreement with most of Turin's reads.

 

Add you seemingly lying or trolling me right now by claiming I'm making things up about you or pushing you in a scummy way.

 

Add you being asked for 6+ hours to contribute yesterday and you perpetually talking about dumb stuff or making jokes instead.

Ithi, I'm not sure I understand your strategy if you're town. They was I'm reading your play now is that you're trying to stall and maybe make it another day without actually compromising your team. You're not actually commenting on gameplay or hunting scum. Do you think scum is pushing you as an easy lynch? If so, who? Is tommy pushing you as scum?
