Clov: I don´t understand what he was doing on D1. Des says that he scum slipped. Clov tried to explain that if one of the votes on Des was a scum vote then it would have been Cory´s. But he never goes after Cory. Instead he votes Des himself. He also seems to stand on the side line - a comment here, a question there. At the same time I think he have made some logical posts. I have played with him before but don´t know how he played then or if he was town/mafia. I do get bad vibes here. 

If he actually scum slipped, why didn't more people vote for him? I have been rather suspicious of him since the beginning, but kind of forgot about him - maybe I shouldn't have. I missed him voting Des instead of Cory - that seems really strange.

Really my list has issues that I can't figure out how to fix.  The main problems I have are that Between Hally, Laya, Dice and Verb we face four people who have been completely worthless this game and so I can't much measure them.  Dawn isn't any better but at least she speaks.  I don't have any pure town read this game either but Tommy has had good play and I liked Jack when he was alive.

I'm getting a bit more suspicious of Lenlo. At first I completely believed his claim because he said it at a time where not everyone was trying to lynch him, which is a time a lot of mafia will fake claim, I think (because when I've been scum in other games, people would tell me to make fake claims as a last resort as soon as a lot of people tried to lynch me. I never did it though) But now, not so much - 2 of the 3 questions he asked would be pretty easy to figure out on his own. (And maybe the other, but I don't know what that role is so I can't say so.) And the other comments he has made after making that claim are kind of strange. 

 

Hallia's vote on me was really random. She just came in and voted me with no comment on my gameplay. I'm null on her right now just because of how confused I am by this.

 

And I've read a lot of Tommy's posts. I normally will not be confident that anyone's town, but he seems very trustworthy.

Done more?  Hell no.  Looks townier?  Yupp.  

 

DM has not yet adopted a less is more policy.  Tommy didn't need to say a billion things to spew his alignment.  He made a few really good points and avoided making bad ones or playing to something other than what I expect of a town him.  Everyone else has talked so much and said so little that your alignment has become muddled in a bunch of words that now come back to bite you regardless of alignment.

How would they be easy to figure out on my own? Which ones? I had no more information than a vanilla town when I asked those questions and I thought them good, as it helps clear up what exactly is in this game.

I wasnt asking who they are though I was asking if they exist. What this does is it shows that theres no SK or Survivor two things we worry about often. The vanilla town was a question to make sure this wasnt a role madness game and if it was anytime a scum claimed VT I would know they were lying. As for the Symp if there was one then if someone starts to use odd phrasing, the kind of phrases that are requested in QTs for a symp to say if they can read it, we can look out for it.

Tonight if you asked about if specific PR's existed and were town it would be better.  Such as

I wanted wide ranging/general questions for N1 so that I could narrow it down from there. I was also considering asking how many mafia/antitown there are in the game but since theres no third party I think ill just stick with how many mafia there are.

I don't know yet.  It makes it hard to believe his role but I also think I would likely have asked similar things.  He probably didn't anticipate having to reveal d1.  I don't intend to lynch him today though when he could be one of our main PR's and could potentially verify himself and others.

You can likely only get yes/no questions answered.  Pick a number or use two questions and pick both 3 and 4.

Des seems hellbent on killing them anyhow and those two are assumed.  Still, that's a valid point.

I think vetting existing PR claims is fine, and I support identifying the # of scum left.

If you get 3, just use the ones Darthe suggested (is # of mafia left 3 and then same question with 4). Then vet Des.

 

We can discuss more questions for the next night. Unless there is a way we can phrase 1 question that would grant us >1 answer??
