The San Antonio Spurs are on a 17 game winning streak right now, tying their franchise record in a single season. Tonight they play the Indiana Pacers, who have lost two in a row after beating the Miami Heat. The Pacers now only have a one game lead over the Heat for the best record in the NBA.

 

What if CIA Pop (nickname for conspiracy stuff Coach Gregg Popovich might do lol) sits enough stars for us to lose tonight, helping the Pacers break out of a mini slump and keep them ahead of the Heat in the East, that way they have a better chance of removing them from the playoffs with home court advantage.

 

Problem is, which would I prefer?

 

 

Spurs could make franchise history with one more win. And they could continue their recent dominance over a better team instead of the cupcakes they've been playing.

 

Then again, it could be nice to embolden the Pacers a bit so that they could unseat the Heat, possibly making it easier for the Spurs to get a 5th championship this year.

 

Then AGAIN, it would be SOOOOOOOOOOO much more awesomer if the Spurs could beat the Heat this year in a rematch of last year's finals, only this time they don't blow it and Timmy D gets a 5th ring for his thumb and goes down as top 5 players possibly in history, and only man in NBA history to get NBA Finals MVP in three diff decades (came close last year).

I would lean towards voting Evil Sibs. There's just been a lot of weird interaction around them that needs clearing up. Leelou's catch-up posts and reads looked pretty solid to me so I feel better about the Secret Service girls.

Despot does this regardless of alignment; that's pretty easy to diagnose and I assume you've all played with him a lot more than I have (5-6 games)

 

I think you are mistaken. I can think of several instances off the top of my head where Despo has done something similar to this as scum. I've even seen him use OT discussion as a way to incriminate a townsman as scum before.

 

Set-up spec. and other things I don't really mind and find it generally productive. Making some super long post about the Spurs though? Not so much. Even if I am a fan myself because of my roots

 

Like I said, Strike 1. Not getting good vibes from #Yoloboys but I am willing to give it a phase or two to see how else things play out.

Mixed on this, seems to garner attention later. Amega states that he agrees with Lily (Hallia) that Turin/Des are likely town town, thus their tunnelling would be distracting.

So I was hoping to see a pattern here (and thought there was at least a third reads list, but not much of one. These will be interesting if we get a flip on either team though. While Turin refrains from saying he thinks anyone is town outright, he does provide the scum to town list.
