I'll ISO her and see if there's something to it, but it'll have to wait until next day phase. Part of my suspicion is gut though and I can't prove that.

I did get in on Des early, wasn't really moved to join anyone else, I didn't feel like anyone else really stood out.  Glad to see that I stayed where I was, because I normally have a reallyyyy hard time reading him.  I know most mods are including safe claims, so Wombat claiming Dot is a nulltell to me.  I'm on my lunch at work, so I can be on for a few minutes; D'you have any questions for me?

Caught up, I didn't see anything that really stood out for AJ's play.  Joviality could just be someone being in a good mood, and I see it as a null-tell.  it seems like you were makin' something out of nothing this time Dessypoo.  I can't tell as far as Csarmi goes, I hope we get to see you for more than D1 this time! :tongue:

She's sees nothing wrong with AJ and says Des is making something out of nothing (Which he was). Can't tell on Csarmi and hopes to hear more from him. Ok, so no reads at this time really. No scum reads anyways.

She was making something out of nothing hallia, i think we're all agreed thats how she scumhunts to look for reactions. and while im not deciding if their was a gambit at play you seem quick to push off the reactions aj has made due to Despo's play. Nothing at all seemed scummy in his post or even together? Did you feel as if a gambit was possible? your read seems rather vague.

It could be, they're really much more experienced at mafia than I am (at least) so it's possible.  It seemed the crux of Des's argument, so that's why I mentioned it.

I have been, but it's finally slowing down a little so I'll be more active.  I believe AJ's claim for now, and I'm interested in seeing Des's reply.

Yes, but it didn't seem like you really thought he was scum, just adding pressure. Am I wrong, did you find his scummy? If so what made you think so?

I found it scummy enough to drop a vote on it, and didn't get convinced enough to drop it, so I would say yes.  The good job gais was to us as town, not to Des?

Verbal, why are you defending Hallia so much? Also, she is not new to mafia.   She has plenty of games under her belt and is well out of the novice stage.

The bold was my response, the tongue face was Despo's. Anyway, I was the first the point out the no reasoning for Despo's unvote...

Thanks for proving me wrong. I have indeed missed your comment on Despo’s unvote and I guess it was because you responded inside one of his quotes which made me confused what you actually meant to say there.

I’m only interested in eliminating the entire mafia team and if it means that I have to work together with someone that I have a town read on then so be it.

Which would be? If you don't agree with the Wombat lynch, who would you prefer and why? Give a summary of who you think is likely scum and why. I know you've said so earlier, but give it again now. Part of the problem is not a lot of people appear to be online atm. Perhaps I can be convinced a change in lynch candidates, if the case is strong and makes sense. Of course that also depends on how many other agree and are willing to switch.

 

Also, excessive pushing of casework onto others is a scumtell.  The "who and why" repeated questions?  Also a scumtell.

If it gets people talking then I'm fine with that. I want others to pipe in and give reasons why. We have a known scum down and should be using interactions and play to find the rest. I just mean people just coming in towards deadline saying "we need to lynch scum" should be coming up with who they suspect and why so as to try and change people's minds. Otherwise why say anything at all? I want opinions, keeping quiet doesn't help. Neither does just saying someone is scum and not stating why you think so.

 

 

Verb's right here.  Instead of asking open-ended questions, you should ask specific ones that force people to take a stand.  Or even better, make observations that aren't in question form.

 

 

 

I thought I'd look into her more next day phase. For now I'm happy voting Wombat. As for coming up with my own that makes sense, what doesn't make sense about her vote on Despo with the reason of a pressure vote? It was towards the end of the lynch as well. I know I wasn't the first to point it out, but you don't have to be the first to point something out for it to be correct. Aslo, she's not always lurky by nature. I've seen her active and participate in games. 

 

Hallia is still new to mafia.  She might be using the term "pressure" vote, but not meaning the same thing you might mean with it.  Voting Des was not a bad play, which is obvious.  Was it a bus?  Who knows.  I don't really remember Hallia saying much thus far in this game, so perhaps I've missed something from her.

 

 

Hallia's not that new.  She knows what pressure is.

Kaylee is trying.  I never like her playstyle that much, but she's probably town.

 

I'm town.

 

Verbal is scummy, but he's been getting into his rhythm lately.  What he does D3 should demonstrate his alignment more strongly than anything he has done so far.

 

Amega was town early but has been pretty null lately.

 

Hallia seems to be lurking and coasting on her Des vote.  Scummy but not amazingly so.  Keep an eye open.

 

Peace is regular old mixed-read Peace to me.

 

TGlems is sketchy and so was Puppets.  Only thing sketching me out about him is Cloud voting him.

 

Leelou is lurking and not putting in much.  Seems to me like she might be trying to force her town meta a bit to hide from Verbal.

 

Cloud is all over the place and has been scummily trying to clear himself based on ambiguous interactions.  Interactions almost never clear.  Especially not the one's he's been using.  Still, he's been making some decent points lately.  Either playing a decent scum game or confused town.  High likelihood of scum, but his D3 might also inform us quite a bit.

 

Xthrax.  Vehemently denied the cases on him with rhetoric rather than logic then disappeared when refuted.  He's my #1 scum read.  Kill him.
