If this is indeed the role Dice has claimed then I purpose we just lynch him. He has revealed and he can only self protect now unless he chooses to WIFOM his NA's. If he were a full doc it would at least be useful to keep a confirmed townie around till endgame, but if his chances of succes are only 50% then it isn't worth keeping him around vs the WIFOM his claim will now give.

Hrm. A Basel train was started and began picking up speed, then Basel went after Dice which gained even more speed.

 

If Wombat is telling the truth, then Dice's train is most likely mafia propelled and opportunistic votes would be made on Dice's train by mafia. Most opportune vote of the day award goes to Cloud who is also trying to discredit not 1 but 2 different independent claims that would prevent Dice's lynch and pushing for the lynch of a claimed Healer.

 

If Wombat is lying, then he wants to push the Basel lynch stronger because Dice is probably a good mafia role. It would be a self sacrifice on Wombat's part as a Basel-town flip would immediately implicate Wombat.

Hey I know that my ideas are controversial at times but I'm not afraid to explain them even if I get negative feedback for them. I agree with the things you have said about Wombat though.

 

My reads so far have been pretty spot on:

 

- On Day 1 I was right about Ley and Maw.

- On Day 2 I kept pushing for Maw's lynch even after he had already died. 

- I was right about Mish.

- Ok I was kinda wrong about Yates, but that's the only mistake I have made so far.

Okay, well, fair, but the overall impression I was getting on the Maw lynch felt a little like he wanted to get lynched once things turned bad for him. Not sure why, but he didn't seem to fight it at all, so you could have bussed Maw.

 

In any case, I think we should hear from Basel before someone hammer's just in case the off chance Wombat is lying. There's still plenty of time.

I can't imagine why Wombat would lie to get Dice out of trouble. Dice had his head on the block because his posts were nonsense and his game participation has been minimal. I don't doubt scum was on his ass quickly if he really is the healer, but I don't see a gambit like that being used here. It's much too problematic, especially since Dice was so quick to hop on the Basel train.

 

If Basel is scum, then it clears Dice and Wombat imo. 

If Basel is town, then Wombat is scum.

 

Meta tells me that Peace and Berf could be scum. They're usually much more aggressive with their opinions and take one-way standpoints, but both have been relatively absent. I know Peace has been pretty busy lately but it's still food for thought.
