Yes! Finally caught up! Ok, happy to be in a game with the JN crowd, I missed all you guys. Really sad that the person I had to replace was Crusher, I wanted to play with him as well. JiF isn't really doing anything useful at all, so his meta matches up pretty well. Ape going insane on someone and getting a lot of reactions from that, usual meta (however he is good at keeping his meta the same so null read on him). Just would like to point out that he actually did find a potential threat to town on day 1. Darthe does seem a little weird in this game to me, I'm going to wait for another day to see if he continues like this or if it was just the distaste of the entire situation that was happening. A lot of people have been riding on bws this game actually, so I'm not going to do casing on that for day 1, I feel like the situation threw normal gameplay out and makes us too suspicious about other things. Couple things I don't like.

People being "on their meta" is insignificant. It's pretty easy if you only post 10 times in 27 pages to fake it.

What people should be looking at is the logic scenarios. Cs was acting out on a non-town agenda, he chose only to dispute the incorrect name and insults, and deflected defending the case. To town the logic should have presented as such. To scum it should have presented as town-on-town violence. So those that avoided initially, like Darthe, Ishy, AVM are a little bit suspect.

It is an unique scenario in which a polarizing situation was built around a non-town player, but someone that appeared town to scum. I would imagine a split of scum being on the train (vote the "townie") and scum being off of it, but potentially still pushing it (bury a vote, but nudge the train).

Ishy, Len, Darthe and TGlems avoided the train. I agree with TGlems logic for voting AVM, but still think it's a buried vote. Darthe didn't vote CS but he substantially nudged/pushed that train along. The count is messed up, Darthe is listed twice. I would wager that one of the 3: Darthe, Ishy or Lenlo is scum. Based on this theory.

There is likely another scum or non-town player in the "not voting" list, and on the train, probably 1-3 non-townies. No idea who though, lol

Ishy seems like he was trying to nudge the train along by pointing out the 3rd party thing, and then not get his hands dirty and point fingers - all within 3 minutes. He also kept his vote on Nol, an easy lynch candidate and not really someone that sticks out too much for having a vote on.

Agreed, Leelou. Ishy and Darthe BOTH appeared to be pushing the train without joining it. I can bump posts later if necessary, I'm about to go catch my train. AVM did the same, but actually joined the train.

I've noticed 2 things around here, you are an uppity group and you're all scared. I've also noticed that you cant handle varying styles of play. You're all very lucky I'm town or I'd straight wave my big fat scum cack in your faces as I rolled through the town laughing hysterically at how pathetic the play is here.

I'm in agreement on Ishy - I think the case has merit. Pushing a train without joining is a good place to start with pressure for tomorrow.

Alright. Well I was wrong about Csarmi being town from back when I last posted.

I think we should go back and look at who was eager to lynch him before he revealed though as the scum wouldn't know he was anything other than town.

I also want to put some pressure on Darthe come day because I don't like how he's been playing so far. TGs def of and town read on him is BS and based on incredibly new meta that I don't trust and have never seen. Because of this I also want to look at him abit.

I won't comment on the GGW game because I believe it is ongoing. However, check the VeggieTales game. Darthe posted nothing reasonable or helpful the first couple days then busted in later with great analysis (he pegged our entire scum team, thankfully noone believed him). Dunno if he is scum, but I don't think him playing like this is an indication because he played the exact same way in the game I was just in with him.

And this changes nothing. I still dont think you should base reads on meta. It doesnt help. People will exploit their meta to pass as town. Its better to case based on the current game, not how they act in others.

While I agree you shouldn't base too much on meta, I don't agree with the statement that people will exploit it. Logically, it does make sense. But, frankly, most players simply aren't savvy enough to fake their town meta when scum - the truth always bleeds through a little. So putting a small amount of stock in meta reads can often times lead you in the right direction.

I used to be anti-meta all the time.....I've since changed that stance slightly.

I then responded with sound logic that based on the odds of town to scum in the game, it is more likely that he'll block town before he blocks scum. You immediately changed course. To be accurate, I jumped on cspazz because he made my muffin top quit and I didnt like his avatar. It was creeping me the F out. Therefore, I didnt really feel the need to defend my vote and think that was as good of a reason as these dbags around here like to fabricate for a day 1 vote. Further, I'm pretty sure I dropped that vote on my way out of town to spend time with my family and you know I dont typically post during the weekends because of my fun filled bachelor lifestyle keeps me from the interwebz Fri-Sun. The flip side to this is, that my strategy has been so effective over time that you now use getting behind the Ape as a shield when you're scum. You use it to your advantage as you decimate the town, with a simple shrug of the shoulders, an aw-shucks, did I do that? mentality. That said, my initial read on you is town. And considering that I pwn your ass and can smell your alignment from a mile away, I'm encouraged to see what kind of damage we can do these novices on this site as I'm not impressed with what we've seen so far. Never. Only time I'm online during the weekend is if I'm too hungover to move, which is rare because I'm a man and can handle my liquor. My post stops at 5pm on Friday and my lavish lifestyle begins.

The flip side to this is, that my strategy has been so effective over time that you now use getting behind the Ape as a shield when you're scum. You use it to your advantage as you decimate the town, with a simple shrug of the shoulders, an aw-shucks, did I do that? mentality. That said, my initial read on you is town. And considering that I pwn your ass and can smell your alignment from a mile away, I'm encouraged to see what kind of damage we can do these novices on this site as I'm not impressed with what we've seen so far. Chump city if you ask me.

When you get behind my cases as scum, I catch you. The one thing you do well, and I stress ONE THING, is that you will deflect away from my case logic and not address any of it when I do catch you, and you will instead troll me into arguing peripheral crap until I drown out my own case, then you scamper off and live an extra day or so until I can get town's ear again and then finish you off.

You are good at dodging me, but you wouldn't be good at dodging me if I wasn't great at scum hunting you. Like last game, you fell face first into my trap. I was actually shocked you bit on it, let alone dove in head first. Yet, you transparently dodged me just enough for Hess and Lily to make stupid decisions and blow the game for town. So, hats off to you...
