It's the day of the reaping. You stand in the town square, surrounded by other children, clutching your younger sister. Some are crying,

some are so scared they are visibly shaking. Others again are standing perfectly still, barely breating, eyes empty.

It's painfully clear they are fighting down screams of anxiety. You feel it too. Everyone muscle in your body is screaming "run, run, run."

But like everyone else, you clench your teeth, and count the seconds until this is over and done with. There are dozens of childrens in your district after all,

and some of them have their name down a lot of times after taking tesserae.

Your name is only written on a small handful of those notes, you should be safe... Right?

A whisper moves through the crowd. It's time. Effie Trinket steps out on the stage, and the Capitol propaganda movie starts playing.

"Ladies first", Effie twitters, and reach into the big glass bowl, picking up one of the hundreds of little white notes.

She smoothes it out, and says a name in her silly, sing-song voice with the Capitol accent.

Your body goes stiff with shock. It's your name.

Suddenly the world is spinning, and the edges of your sight is getting dark. The last thing you see is a couple of Peacekeepers hurrying towards you.

They seem unnaturally tall, and your last concious thought before falling into darkness is that that is fitting,

because you've never felt so small in your entire life.

Rules:

1. NO BAH-POST. After you die your body will be removed from the arena immediatly.

2. This is a hammer game. Once a majority is reached, a lynch is achieved and further votes or unvotes are not counted.

Votes must be red and bold. Unvote before making a new vote. You may not vote no-lynch or self-vote.

3. No editing of posts!

4. A high level of activity is expected by the mod. The means you must post at least one game-related post every 24 hours in Daytime,

or 3 post during daytime. If you cannot keep up that activity, you will be punished.

In the Hunger Games, you post or you die.

5. No direct quoting of communication with the Mod; this includes screencaps or

posting the link to your I.D. card. Feel free however to paraphrase or lie.

6. Role claims and district claims are allowed, character claims are not. This means you're allowed to say "I'm a chocolate from District 42",

but not "I'm a chocolate and President Snow". Mass claims are not allowed. Don't even think about it.

7. Read all scenes. There might be a pop quiz.

8. If a majority is not reached by deadline, two random players will be killed, and no coroners report given.

9. Please send all night actions in your role PM, or in a QT if you have that.

Questions about the game should be sent in your role PM or your QT.

All night actions will happen at day break; it does not matter at what time during night they are sent it.

10. Days will be approx. 72 hours, night 36, if a deadline falls on a weekend it might be extended. No promises.

Remember the mod is on European timezones(GMT+1), so deadlines will be in the evenings my time.

11. No talking about the game outside the gamethread, designated QTs or PMs with the mod.

12. Play nice; it's a game, not a barfight. If you feel someone steps over the line from gameplay to personal, contact the moderator.
