Random WOT entering life thing..

Had a bit of a giggle at work yesterday. I work for the local train provider and we've got a new ticketing system which we launched yesterday. The program that we now use to sell tickets is call TOM. I found that very amusing.

 

This has nothing to do with anything, but you're probably the only people I know who'd get the reference :)

I have a cousin named Andor for his middle name, and my grandmother had a friend named Galina.

 

I spent allot of time in the Oslo Pagan community a few years back and one of the other regulars there you could not tell if she was 20 or 60, I mean seriously when a member of my Coven pointed her out to me I had to fight the urge to just go WTF. Off course since there where a more than a few fantasy fans in that Pagan group this woman's appearance became a topic of much interest and debate and we eventually decided that we had to get her the WoT books so she would get why we where teasing her, but when we suggested the books to her she just shook her head and said she got that all the time as about everyone who had read them and knew her was like ohh have you read WoT? Do you know what you look like, and I think she was getting a little tired of it.

 

In Norway when we are saying that something is going to hell we are saying that it is going North and down which always make me think about WoT.

There is a small town that I pass on the way to a bigger town, that has a restaraunt named "Dos Rios." I always think about the WOT when I see that.

My friend's grandma looked like she was 20yrs old.

One kid I know, his dad looks 20 (really 40)

My friend's cousin was 40 and I thought she was 20 until i was standing right next to but she had almost invisible fine lines
