It was down to four. They knew that they were treading on this ice now - one wrong move and they could all be dead come morning. AH pointed to Basel, as did Ironeyes. Basel pointed at AH and said that she was behind some of the killings. Tina cast the deciding vote - on Basel - and then waited as Goofy came out and brought him before the king.

 

As usual, King Mickey turned to Donald to begin the spell when a black and purple tentacle appeared from Basel's body. Slowly, more tentacles appeared and Basel's form began to change into that of the terror which had killed so many of the others during their stay in the castle.

 

"I will make you all a deal. Let me go free and I shall not return to cause you any more harm. I can kill you all with the magic I possess, so I don't have to be so merciful. So what do you all say?" Basel asked. He had no intention of letting them get off. As soon as he was out the door, the spell he'd laid would kill them all.

 

"No. The crimes you've committed against the people of this kingdom are far too great to let you leave this castle alive. Guards! Seize him." Mickey ordered. A mob of guards rushed into the room and surrounded Basel. Tentacles flailing, the guards could not get close enough to do enough damage to Basel to capture him, but neither could Basel escape. It was a draw until the room filled with the same eerie green glow that had been present when Peace had been unmasked. Peace materialized in the throne room right next to Basel, and then quickly turned back into the black blob form, taking Basel with him. The two floated back out the way that Peace had re-entered, and escaped off into the distance.

 

"Is that the last of them, Donald?" King Mickey asked.

 

"There's only one way to be sure....PAFO" Donald replied.

 

Basel (Ursula), Scum has been lynched!

 

It is now Night 5. All night actions are due by 9am CDT (Minneapolis time) on Wednesday, July 25th - 24 hours from this post.

Ok, it's not me and I hope it's not Tina.... so that leaves Marsh o.O HOW COULD YOU!?!?!?!!?

 

I'm trying to justify this.... you did seem to go with me on the Basel vote very easily yesterday... Really didn't give a reason to vote him over me. Just figured that he was doomed and decided to try to look townie? And while you've been somewhat active in this game you've also been lurking some.... I guess this might make sense. You totally slipped off of my radar though!

If Tina is doc, then AH must be the last threat left to the town. 'Cause I'm vanilla town, of course. Tina, protect yourself. She'll go for you tonight since you're the only confirmed townie.

After getting Basel, the three remaining people were jubilant. But they wondered, why were they continuing? They thought they'd gotten all the villains, or had they? They returned to their rooms with a seed of doubt on their minds.

 

That evening, they all laid awake, not knowing what to expect come morning. Would the others be dead? Sleep didn't come easy, and come morning, they were all tired and cranky. But when they reconvened, they did a double take. They were all present. Nobody had died.

 

Nobody has died.

 

It is now Day 6. With 3 alive, it takes 2 to lynch.

The three remaining people sized each other up before proceeding. They were all uncertain as to whether they actually had all the villains eliminated or not. AH pointed to Ironeyes and said that he had to be guilty. Without waiting for Ironeyes to refute her argument, Tina agreed. With that, Ironeyes' fate was sealed. He was brought before the King, and determined that he was in fact not guilty.

 

AH turned to Tina and pulled out a red scepter from inside her robes. Confused, Tina watched in horror as servants began to pile into the throne room and array themselves in a line in front of AH.

 

"I see you've all made it here today. Good. Take Tina, and the King, and I want you to bring them before me. Understood?!" AH ordered. The servants nodded and returned a short time later with a struggling Tina, King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. All four were trying desperately to escape.

 

"Fools! Each and every one of you are fools! I've been playing you like a fiddle this whole time. In your desire to kill all of the villains, you never once thought to look out for me. For I had plans beyond your imagination - and that of those villains. This kingdom has always been one that I've desired to count among my holdings, and yet there was always King Mickey there to oppose me. So when he sent the call out, I knew my chance had come. I infiltrated this palace and spent days among you, trying to worm myself into a position where I could take his throne and attach it to my own. And now the day has finally come!" she said as she brushed tears of joy from her eyes.

 

"What are you going to do to us?" Tina asked with an unsteadiness in her voice.

 

"Do you really want the answer to that question?" AH asked.

 

"Yes." Tina answered.

 

"Don't say I didn't warn you. Guards!" AH ordered. The servants all stood to attention.

 

"You all know what to do now," AH said. They all ran off and did exactly as they had so many times before. AH crossed the throne room and sat down in King Mickey's (former) throne. Once that was done, they brought the four captives before her to make her royal proclamation.

 

"OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!" AH ordered with glee.

And now a reflection. I was excited to mod my first game ever, and I have to say that it was a good experience. In my excitement, I made several mistakes (the pictures in your role PM's not going through really annoyed me), but the one I was the most upset about was when I listed Darthe on the backups list after Arez had agreed to be a backup. Darthe had asked me to be a backup as well, and me in my excitement to have a backup in case I needed it didn't think it through before saying yes. The lack of a coroner report was supposed to be a punishment for not reaching a decision by the deadline assigned, and my listing him on the backup list confirmed that he wasn't scum! Basel pointed it out, and I quickly took it down. I don't know who all noticed (it wasn't up for very long) but I was really embarrassed.

 

Another thing I think could have gone better was my consistency. I had posted right at the beginning of Day 2 that you wouldn't get a coroner's report if it came to a random lynch and I didn't stick that with the vote counts until less than 24 hours to go. I think that it might have changed the game if you had been able to see that with all the counts. And we won't mention activity (which I'm guilty of myself).

I picked the wrong one. And that made us loose the game. And I protected the sk when mafia tried to kill her. I suck.

 

I was sure AH was sk at a point tonight when AH "happened" to vote you. But then I read all your posts and all your talk about a one shot sk made me rethink it.
