Not being dumbass, I just disagree that it's in anyway a big deal. We get three a day. And if Mynd and I used one each (which I still don't know if it's true or not) we still have one. What would really be dumbass is not using tools that Kae gives us. She gives us three a day, we should use three a day if we want. Saying I'm Town should never be considered a reveal. At some point, most of us say that in each and every game we play in, regardless of what our true alignment is. Did anyone really think that I would think any of you would even consider clearing me off of something that inane? I don't expect to be cleared by a simple "I'm Town" statement.

Only one reveal has been used though. How does one reveal = willy nilly? Mountain, meet molehill.

 

I don't believe we should use our reveals willy nilly, but we should use them if we need to. To just let them rot wastes a tool we can use to narrow the field.

Why do you think he didn't do it on purpose? Mynd is a canny player and very rarely does things without a reason. Maybe he didn't ignore what Kae said and decide to go gung ho what the heck with the reveal. May he did it on purpose to waste a reveal.

 

He hasn't actually said he didn't mean to do it, or didn't realise it was going to be classed as a reveal.

i call bullshanks on him not knowing he was revealing. unless he wants to come clean about skimming since Kae posted it on the last page and clarified a reveal included game info in direct response to his post about mass game reveals. which leaves him reveal on purpose and wasting one of our reveals for nothing more than to do so.

I had a few comments but my brain got confuddled, so I'm responding to what I remember... I haven't started my notes yet. *sigh* But I feel like I'm surrounded by my kind of people, with the game talk, so that's nice.

 

Also people, why the freaking heck would I flat out say that I'm mafia even if I was or wasn't? That's some stupid stuff to start on. I was only commenting on the likelihood of not being mafia within four games that I'm currently playing. I've gone streaks of seven games before without landing myself a scum role. Just so that is cleared up, savvy? And I'm not squirrelly, Mynd, I'm just not reacting to Day 1 shenanigans that could get me killed. FoS Rand for jumping on my train for absolutely no reason.

 

Mass game # reveal? Mynd, who says we're going to be grouped in any exact way? I don't see how knowing our games will help anything, and I believe that wasting reveals, and potentially backing a lynchee into a corner because they can't reveal is a little backwards.

 

I love FF II, VII, IX, and X-2. I haven't played past X-2 because of high school and college. lol.

AJ is on my list becuase of that, but i'm more wary of Mynd. if you've read, i've FoSd her over that comment 3 times now and i find it rather interesting she's brushed it off. but as Mynds actions directly influence the game (as in wasting our alloted reveals) thsi takes president. also his trumped up bull crap case; as does your all but eager jump on that and latching onto it.

 

Rand - not really, by graphics being great i mean for an older game its graphics are still comparable to newer games making it pleasant to still play (whcih if you try playing some of the older pixel and 64bit games after playing the newer ones it can be rather difficult to get back into them. my other statement was a generalization over the entire franchise.

 

mario 3 on the NES is another good example of a great older single game out of a franchise that stands up in terms of graphics.

My original reason for voting Alanna is 'cause I ALWAYS vote for Alanna first, but watching all this and listening to others' arguments, I can see an actual evidence to change. Not a LOT, but at least it's something. It was a toss up between Red and Jack, the two I mentioned before, but Red has more votes.

 

Anyone else in SC get hit by that thunderstorm? It was awesome. Since I turned my computer off, I went outside and stood under the car port for a while. Very warm and windy.

I will consider revealing which game you are from as one of the 3 reveals per day. The reason for this is one of my last games almost broke due to a mass reveal, and I don't want that to happen here.

 

Not going to question the Mod, but I think telling what FF game you were in is a far cry from outright revealing. Still, I will conform to the rules. I do beg the Mod to consider my "reveal" as null in light of this not being clear and wide open to misunderstanding. I'm sure many would agree that saying one is Rikku and saying they are from FF X-2 is a lot different, so I would beg the Mod to give us a mulligan in this case.
