Well looks like yall had an interesting day. It is a little strange that weve already had 3 people reveal basically the same type of role, and the manner in which they were revealed is also very strange. Peace originally revealed his for pretty much no reason, altho the fact that he was basically saying his role was pretty much nullified since his target was dead makes that a little more forgiveable. Darthe then revealed his to try and defend Peace, which still irks me because his role is still useful (as long as him and his target are still alive). Then Rand botches up his reveal AFTER two other similar roles have already been discussed? Very strange indeed.

 

One more thing on this matter: I really can't understand why some are acting like mafia would NEVER claim a major character when their heads are on the chopping block. True, it's too easy to have counterclaimed, but then they know who actually has that character and can start trying to take them out. Since a couple of people have discussed how Yuna seems like a likely candidate, it's very feasible that Rand could have claimed Yuna just to try and draw the Doc out. Yet Mynd (an experienced player) speaks as if no mafia team has ever tried such a strategy. Eh Mynd?

 

All that being said, (and this pains me somewhat to say this) for now I believe Rand's claim. Unvote

 

For now I'd like to see some pressure on (vote) Tiinker. He's had a few questionable posts, and with his recent over-defensiveness he seems like a good lynch candidate.

 

I wouldn't mind a Jack lynch either tho, to clear the air about Maw, so if need be I can change my vote before the deadline

Everyone seems to know so much apparently. People know that Jack is mafia and that Mynd isn't. I find it hard to believe statements like that because I make them all the time - and generally I don't 'know' at all lol.

 

I wasn't comfortable with Maw popping up with his 'not really paying attention' post and then just rattling off an I am Town post, but then he resigned and also stepped out of another game he had signed up for. It is possible he was just playing badly, but perhaps it was being on the Mafia Team that made him feel bad and play bad.

 

I'm not sure what a vote on Tiinker is going to do at this point, so erm Despo?

 

I feel like I'm being batted about like Pong with all the Pings.

 

I've purposefully not voted early today, because I can sometimes be a little zealous. I believe Peace because Vivi is a main character to me, and so is Yuna. Did Darthe say what his character name was, or just that he was the counter to Ultimathingy?

 

I think we need a list to try and get some clarity. I'm at work and will be in so much trouble if I get caught, so I can't do it.

 

Because I'm not sure when the deadline is, and Jack is the most unknown quantity at the moment I will Vote Jack

We got about 6-7 hours before the deadline. Like I said, I can switch to Jack, but I honestly think Tiink would be a better choice for now. And the correct response for trying to not be overzealous is probably reducing some of the zealotry, not withholding your vote entirely

I want to hear from Darthe why he only part revealed? I'm still half thinking he may just be Ultima and that's why he never gave his own alleged character name.

 

He was very adamant we should lynch him after all, and that could have been an attempt to look more Town.
