I am the finder. I wanted to see if anyone had the balls to fake claim, but since no one is going to take my bait, I have to reveal.

 

First, let me say that this has been an embarrassment of bad luck and poor choices that I know Wwwomby can't wait to share with you all after the game is done. My instincts have been all wrong this whole game....or have they been crippled?

Night 1 - viewed Amega - result "Town"

Night 2 - viewed Sakaea - result "Town"

Night 3 - viewed Soy Boyo - result "Town" killed same night!

 

So, the only thing I can validate is that Sakaea is town.

 

Here is the thing, I've purposely been staying off Meesh and Lev because of that Day 1 drama mess. I will be FURIOUS if it turns out Meesh and Lev are indeed scum and boo-hoo'd their way to victory. There's no crying in Mafia!!!!

 

I'm not taking away some of the very tragic events that have occurred outside of this game for each of them, but COME ON!!! I was totally thrown off my game because when I originally went with my instincts about Meesh and Lev being scum together, I got niagra falls.

 

Fine, whatever! Lynch me and put me out of my misery. Wwomby, your game has been awesome but I feel like my own second guessing has given the scum a flawless victory.

Seems to me, I'll first consider for votes the once who haven't claimed town.

 

Sure, because if they claimed vanilla town, then they are obviously telling the truth. :rolleyes:

Well, but they haven't thus far. But then that's a start, knowing and not intending to vote myself, if as it seems it is lylo, there should however still be a 50% chance of hitting scum at a random lynch. Not that I'm advocating random, just that it shouldn't be that impossible to actually lynch one of them.

Ok, so Mynd is our cop. In light of that, here's what I'm thinking. Lynch Red. She "forgot" about the game, said she was gonna catch up, and hasn't been back. Maybe she's been directing the mafia team from the QT, and hasn't felt it necessary to post here? Sorry sis, but you are one devious player. Vote Red

 

Also, Red is fairly safe, cus I highly doubt Red of all people would forget about a game where she was the doc. Either we hit scum or another vanilla town with her. I realized this is LYLO, so it's gamble time.

Wouldn't it also stand to reason that Red wouldn't avoid a game where she is mafia? Her teammates would be a lot more active. I'm feeling GF, Lev, and Meesh right now.

Mynd, the first day I freaked out at you has absolutely nothing to do with the depression I had last week... I'm simply not used to your style of play, and felt personally insulted for the wrong reasons. I haven't been trying to use my depression as a way out of the game, and it's kind of frustrating the way you worded that, haha. I'm sorry about D1, I wasn't thinking straight.

 

GF and Meesh have to be scum, from my standpoint, probably along with Red. I'm feeling Mynd's claim as truth even though it's kind of strange since apparently there isn't a doctor in this game with a finder? I mean, according to the claims we currently already have, so I do find that a little off. /:

GF, if there's no doc, it doesn't necessarily follow that there is less mafia.

Heh, if I didn't have so much other stuff on my mind, I'd probably freak out at you, Mynd. You can be such a jerk. But meh, your point about the "boohooing" doesn't even make sense, if you think about it. According to you, boohooing doesn't belong in mafia. Therefore, if any boohooing is done in a game by any player, the rest of the players should ignore said boohooing and it shouldn't have any real effect. So, by saying that boohooing COULD have an effect on a game, you're implying that it would be a valid strategy, if nothing else, because people would have to be responding to it for it to do something. And in that case, it WOULD belong in mafia. So there.

 

I don't particularly believe Mynd's claim, as it happens, but I'm not keen on lynching him right now on the off chance that he's telling the truth.

 

First of all, that whole Ama-finder-thing. He implied that he had legitimately thought she was the finder, hence his certainty that BG must be scum. His exact words from post #315: "No one is pushing any role claims, thats why I kept it quiet. You went after BG right out of the gate, while on Day 1 you played very conservative. I figured you had viewed him scum and didn't want to reveal you were the finder on Day 2. In fact, I started basing the rest of my strategy on this very assumption."

 

Secondly, the whole attitude of his "reveal" seemed strange. It actually felt rather "boohoo-y" to me. Which is really not like Mynd.

 

Thirdly, back to the boohoo and Niagara falls thing (which he spelled like "Viagra," I wonder why), like he said, crying doesn't belong in mafia. So, any finder worth his salt surely wouldn't COMPLETELY back off his instincts or suspicions just because he felt like someone was upset about something.

 

Again, I don't propose lynching Myndrunner today, but I don't plan on believing him unless we have proof that he is who he claims to be.

 

I'm less certain about GF being scum after him saying he thought Boyo was scum and then Boyo dying last night, because that would be kinda dumb of scum to kill off someone they were hoping to see lynched the next day.

I am not buying Mynd's finder claim at all. As Meesh pointed out he declared days ago he thought i was the finder and now he is? His "results" include 2 conveniently dead players and 1 living who could be either scum or town. Mynd has been leading us around all game. He derailed the GF lynch to lynch Aemon yesterday which makes me think the scum team is Mynd, GF and 1 other. We are at LYLO we need to lynch right or it's game over.

Personally I think Red must be scum, or the mafia would have hammer her by now. The regardless of Mynd looking scummy, if there are no power roles in the game, it would make sense for there only to be two mafia. In that case, though, a false claim is usually I think a scummy thing.

 

Derailing the lynch on me hardly would have mattered, I was fairly primed to be lynched this round.

 

I guess all points to Mynd being scum. I he was not, and there are three mafia, I would have been hammered and mafia win. The reason this still didn't happen after leviti went on the bandwagon suggest to me that she is also scum. They don't have the manpower to effectuate a lynch on a townie without a townie for support. That both have not switched and hammered Red would suggest that Sakaea picked well, and Red is the third mafia.

 

Of course this changes if there are only two mafia.
