[Advance] JLM's Vampires vs Lychans (Game Over)

In the quiet depths of DM a war is beginning. Vampires and Lychans have finally discovered the community. And they plan to make it their own. Well one of them anyway. Being natural enemies since the beginning of their foul races neither will share with the other. It has become a race to see which can infest the most innocents and destroy the other. But there is still hope for the innocents. You have been armed with instruments to seek out those creatures hiding in our midst. If you can destroy all of them before they reach over powering numbers you will prevail.

 

Rules:

There is one Head Vampire and one Head Lychan. Each can turn one person every 24 hours. Once a person has been turned to one side or the other they may not be turned again. There is an exception to this but I’ll get to that in a minute. If it appears that you guys are “quick voters” I may speed up the deadline to keep the game interesting; don’t say I didn’t warn you.

 

Among you is one person who, unknown to them, is immune to both vampire and lychan, meaning they can’t be turned. As well, there is one person who, again unknown to them can be turned by both and become a hybrid. The game shall take an interesting turn should this occur but in the interest of suspense ;D I’m not telling you what that might be.

 

Regular mafia rules apply.

-No communication off thread unless I tell you in your PM.

-No editing or deleting posts I don’t care if you said Perrine instead of Perrin, make a new post.

-There is no day/night cycle. Every 24 hours the heads of each race will submit to me by PM the name of one player they wish to attempt to turn. In the event that they chose the same player whoever gets theirs in first will get the person (except as noted above).

 

Voting will go as follows, these rules are set in stone this time so no whining, complaining or begging.

I watched an old game and it looked like the innocents did a good vampire/lychan hunting. Their method was to try everyone one after one with the cross or the silver.

 

There is no time to waste. The more we investigate today the chance is bigger finding the leaders.

Hmmm can I vote for myself? I am a little confused, since you have to state how to test the person, does that mean that innocent people still live? Or how does this work?

Yes innocents will live, as well as someone tested by the "wrong" item, in other words tesing a vamp with silver or lychan with a cross has no affect. And yes you can vote for yourself.

Just going to point this out, (yes I know, 3 posts, but I am about to go to bed and I am sure there will be lots going on while I am asleep) but it seems a little weird that Tina would start it with the first person on the list, given she is in the second, and start it with the cross. Could this perhaps mean that Tina is Lychan? Idk. Food for thought.

Going through the list with one method and then the other is pretty standard. Then again, idk if Tina knew that. As key says, assuming people are active, we will get to her with silver eventually.

we've got to remember that at any point a person can be recruited to either team as well. so just becasue we've tested them once with both items that doesn't clear them. but the Lychan and vamps know this and might try to use it .....

you know, i was thinking a bit on this and i really think

sould be better. that Tina automatically started off with Cross as the item to test someone with seems like a Lychan anxious to sniff out the vamp goon. right now since its a recruiting game there should only be the cult leaders to deal with.
