why are you pressuring peopel to take their votes off Song? you know that by removing his vote after someone has pressured him to remove it; it will make him look scummier.

I wasn't trying to pressure Mav to take the vote off. I was just curious why s/he didn't. I guess I probably would have, so it seemed odd to me that s/he didn't. If s/he had had more of a reason than 'a joke' I wouldn't have said anything as I completely believe in standing your ground when you feel you have reasoning, even if no one else agrees with your reasoning. But being that it wasn't a serious vote and it was bringing heat onto him/her and s/he seemed to be saying that s/he didn't have much real reason to back it, it seemed odd to me that s/he kept the vote there.

 

Sorry for all the s/he and him/her stuff, I'm not sure if you are a guy or girl Mav.

regaurdless if it was a serious vote or not; removing a vote from someone due directly to peer pressure looks scummy. i know that you know this Kath (OMG Red just meta'd Kath ) which is why i FOSd you over it. it's somethign scum would do, which is why i question your motives.

 

and the main reason why i question your motives is becuase it was a Day 1 joke vote. that and the fact that its the only thing so far i've seen as scummy today

I would like a little more to go on before making a serious vote though. The only slight ping right now is with Kat, but that is not enough for me to vote on yet. I do understand that we do have a deadline and will vote to have a controlled lynch before end of day.

Aust, I unvoted Kat coz she was my joke vote, and I believe that Kat's question was a good one, because Mav put a second vote on someone who had been joke-voted. It didn't sound like Kat was pressuring Mav into taking it off, but rather just trying to clear things up.

 

Red, I understand why you jumped on Kat's post, it does look a bit scummy, but I don't think it's worth voting for. That said, I know of the need for consolidating, so if no other contestants for a controlled lynch come up, I will put my vote on Kat.

UNVOTE, CSARMI He says he figures we should be consolidating so he rolled a dice and it was me. How the heck is that consolidating? Makes no sense. What on earth would a vote for me or my lynch for that matter accomplish? Also his little comment about lynching anyone but him is HIGHLY interesting, whether joking or not. This close to deadline we should start actually trying to play.

 

I see where Red is coming from on her vote, but honestly I don't find anything odd about what Kath said, it just happened to be the first thing in the game that resembles any sort of actual game play. I also think Kath's explanation was suficiant.

All I got was that the game setup might be quite unusual.

It doesn't really add up to me, however. I mean, there must be a way to keep the innocent safe from the Maffia. If we had a doctor, however, wouldn't it be too easy though?

 

I also can't picture the endgame with this one-shot nightmare.
