*nodnod* I started learning to play it when I was...9? Around then. Until I was about 11, and then we moved away to a new town and a new school and no school I've been to since then offers lessons for string instruments. And we were renting a cello from the school, so I couldn't take it with me when we moved, and they're very expensive to purchase....

 

I love the cello, and I miss it.

 

That's awesome, Tiink. The violin is pretty sweet too. Keep me posted on how it goes.

My brother plays the guitar, and I sing. He has his own channel, although I don't think he's posted anything in a while... I have one too, although I haven't posted anything in YEARS.... XD But for a long time I've wanted to do a collaboration with him, and he's going to be gone for a couple of years after Wednesday morning, so we're trying to squeeze something in now.

 

I might do a duet with my sister today, too, and maybe a duet with my brother accompanying us.

We just kind of get humidity in general...I don't think we're especially likely to get precipitation, but I know when I lived in Dubuque, during the summer, I never needed to go to the pool to go swimming. XD

 

Same as when I lived in Nauvoo. Nauvoo used to be a swamp, and it's right on the Mississippi.

the city i work in is often in the top 5 for cloud cover in the US. we're very shadowy here.
