I figure it'll be a good idea to see if it's all in my head or if my blood sugar is ACTUALLY dropping. It wouldn't surprise me if I'm crazy and imagining my blood sugar's low. XD

Naw, it's not so bad, if you have something to distract yourself with. Sitting around clutching your stomach is a recipe for disaster, though. XD

I have fasted twice. One time for five days and one time for three days. I imagine that it was good for my body. But the headache and the hunger isn´t very fun. I´m not a happy person when I´m hungry. lol

Yes. I drank water, special juice and tea. The day before I started I ate less, mostly vegetables. I´m not sure I could do it again. You don´t drink either?

I fast for spiritual reasons, so usually when I fast it's supposed to be a 24-hour, 2-meal fast. No eating or drinking during that time. Fasting for health/body cleansing purposes has a different motivation, so that would be why execution is different, I guess. I've never tried that kind of fasting; I want to try it with you sometime, Tina.

Maybe we could start with one day? It has to be a day when I don´t work and don´t have Freja with me. The poor girl shouldn´t have to deal with hungry mummy monster.

I don't work at the moment, so whenever you feel it'll work out is fine with me.
