Currently having toast with crunchy peanut butter and blackberry 100% fruit spread.

 

What I find fascinating is when you MIX the peanut butter and the jam on top of the toast, how different it tastes compared to when you leave them separate.

Considering I didn't get to sleep until after midnight, and I woke up for absolutely no reason at 4:30 AM and couldn't really get back to sleep? Not bad. Got my peanut butter toast nommed, working on a big mug 'o' coffee...

 

The worst part is I have to start getting ready for work soon. *dramatic sigh*

 

Our new hire training class is almost done with their on-the-job training - today and Wednesday, and then they're on their own. I get Thursday off, then Friday I am back on the phones after 6-1/2 weeks working with the class.

 

Good part there is next week I'm back on my 4 10-hr day schedule, so I'll have my 3 day weekends back.
