Red Autumn Fair - Opening Ceremonies

The gate to the grounds has not been opened for a year. The leaves are changing colors and a cool breeze is in the air. Pumpkins are ripe for the picking and everywhere there are signs of nature preparing for winter. These are also signs for the Red Autumn Fair grounds to open.

 

 

Torrie steps up to the gate and clears her throat, waiting for everyone to calm down

 

I know you are all excited and this year we have lots of plans for the Red Autumn Fair. I am sure everyone will enjoy their time here and look forward to next year’s event. We had lots of helpers this year and I want to thank each and every person who took part in the Fair. This could not have been done without you.

So without further ado;

Torrie steps to the gates and produces a bright Red key that looks surprisingly like a spork and unlocks the gate.

She pushes the door open and stands to the side with her arms spread

 

The Red Autumn Fair Grounds are officially open!

[Minuet]

Min comes running to participate and bashes into the stone structure beside the gate. She shakes her head and walks in instead.

 

Yes, it is here!!! I have been waiting for this.

It's a colorful collection of goodies, trivia and games again this year! The Festival minions have really done their best!

Everyone has worked hard. It was a very pleasant surprise with how many people wanted to help.

 

Already, I am having a grand time, and the fair just started! lol

With great sadness, Torrie shoos out the last of the participants and starts calling for the Red servants to clean the Fair Grounds. She turns to the gate and locks the door. (Don't worry the servants have a back door).

 

 

The Reds want to thank everyone for participating with our Red Fair this year. We all had a great time. Winners for the contests shall be announced shortly. Hope to see you back next year!
