No, you're not. I'm tempted to do something crazy just to get it fired up, but that always has unfortunate results for me, personally, and this is the only game I'm in atm here on DM.  :D

re not getting anywhere and now we're losing serious good guys. At least with the suck before they were roleless innocents dying. I'm afraid it's getting close now and we haven't gotten anywhere yet! But at least our chances are good that we can lynch a scumbag this time (if we can get a majority).

 

I'm gonna finally do a read through (now that I'm off work) before I vote, but let's get on the ball everybody!

Here's what I've got so far. I looked into Talya because Lily (who turned up as a Cullen) voted for her with some firm reasons - so Talya's obviously not a Cullen. Wombat voted for her early on, pretty firmly, so to me that means she isn't a wolfie, and of course we've had a few townies killed already, so it is a low chance that she is innocent. With that, and her suspicious behavior (Talya seems to be getting a little too defensive, with flimsy justifications), I feel pretty confident in this vote.

You know Reyn.. That is actually a really well thought out case! You thought through the odds, AND pulled in the characters and their possibility of being on the same team. I am really impressed with that. And I also fully agree with your entire post, which doesn't happen for me in mafia.

I think I will still go with Adella. Reyn, Lily didn't have anything sound. I'm not mafia, simple. Plus she was the healer and so wouldn't have anything (if there was anything to have) on me.

 

I will say that I'm a vigilante and it I used my kill on Lily last night, because I thought she was Mafia. I thought both her and Adella were. And was hoping when she turned up mafia we could go for Adella. But that failed. I also notice that Amadine was killed I assume to make it so that I didn't have anyone else that believed me and so make it an easy lynch today for me.

 

Reyn, I find you accusations just as flimsy as you call mine. Both times now Adella has jump on what someone else has said, with no real thought of her own.

It will be interesting to see who turns up and adds the votes to try and get me lynched, especially from those that have been quiet.

 

Danya is one that I have my eye on at the moment, for voting for me to try and get a lynch. We must be very close to end game here and I'm a little concerned that people seem to push Flimsy reasons my way. Lily even said that she thought her ideas about me a bit thin. I guess that is the trouble of being one of the few active in this game!

 

I would try a reread, butt I'm off to work now, but I may get the chance later, if I get chance. Time is limited at the mo.

90% of the games on this site, the mod uses threats to encourage a lynch.  Nothing new there.  Also, we have 24 hours and Danya has 3 votes.  If we were talking less than 10 hours and more than 5 votes then I could see your reasoning making sense.  At this point it is scummy and also possibly links you to Aemon.

I was mainly trying to poke Talya to see if she would slip up.  Results inconclusive.  She still bears watching though as she can be very evil.

All right, on a fast read through, what I'm seeing here is that Talya thought it was odd that Danya voted on the first day since she usually never does, but it turns out she's hungover (blarg!) and forgets how she normally plays?? Mostly everyone else was a joke vote initially but then people started voting on Danya, and Adella specifically stated that we need to get a lynch and decided to go for the person with the most votes... Wombat has been going bonkers as his usual M.O. for day one, and was first suspicious of Talya but has since found Adella suspicious for appearing to bandwagon?

 

Have I missed anything?

 

Well, as our deadline is drawing nearer my gut is telling me Adella. Adella you really should know by now that a comment like that will land [glow=red,2,300]you in hot water.

Talya- in regards to Tigs voting just to vote- mod said anyone who didn't vote could be modkilled if there was no concencus on a lynch. I'm not sure how close to deadline his vote was, but if it was close and we clearly weren't getting a lynch of course it would be best for one to vote regardless of their inopinion.

 

I'm a little spun around about who I want to vote next but it is important that we all decide much faster this time (but of course let's try not to vote too blindly and lose another innocent!)

Anyway, the win condition I recieved says the wolves and vamps need to be taken down for us to win. Pretty sure all the other townies can confirm that for me.

 

From this we know that Danys doesn’t have the same win condition:

 

at Aemon; I think its strange that you got your win condition that says we have to kill one of the good teams here. If I know the books right (and I have read them), I'd say there's at least three teams, Evil Vampires, which we have to kill to win the game, Werewolfs who are all kinds of goodie protector types, I bet thats the team with the Healer, dont see why we should kill those, and then the last team wouldbe the Cullens, who should be teamed up with the Werewolfs, and who also (my guess) has the Finder since they see the future and hear thoughts and all that.. I guess also roleless townies, or just roleless teammembers.

 

This makes her a good candidate for either cullen, or evil. (there are 4 werewolves dead, I assume that is all of them)

 

Infact we learnt a lot about that win condition…

 

Lily didn’t have it neither, but she was a Cullen!

 

Lia was a bit on the fence about it:

Night 2 Wombat is killed, and he is an investigator. I can’t see anything to why Wombat was chosen though.

 

Interestingly enough, Amadine doe sa bit on Crusher, who hardly seems to be around, I have played with him before and I’m sure he’s not been this quiet, just can’t remember what he was in those games. But still she does a case on him and then dies in the night!

I have to say that Day 3 and there seemed too many people jumping on the lily thing of me not coming up with reasons for voting for people. I generally don’t just stick my vote on someone and change it every five mins. I will question the reasons people give for voting. That is playing and finding out as much as just giving a reason and voting.

 

This game has had me at a loss, I know nothing about the books.films and can’t make head or tail of it, and the unfortunate thing is I don’t want to find out too much, because it doesn’t really interest me. I assumed having no knowledge wouldn’t really matter. But I think it does, a lot. Some games I have got through when not knowing anything, but this is the first that has me going WTF… most of the time!

 

I can’t even believe I’ve done this, I thought it might help me understand a bit. I never usually do this much, but we have only 20 pages, so I thought I would.. (never again) :D

The ones that still stand out as suspicious are Danya (who came in with a vote last night after there was a no lynch - had she just checked her QT and the word was out to vote me.) Plus her voting day one. Which she sneaked in and took off again. She doesn't have the Aemon win Condition!

 

Nor does Lia, pookie (who maybe a Cullen) and of course Pete...

 

Which brings me too him, he has been very quiet, could be because he has forgotten the game, not been around or hiding. The only thing we do know is his win condition isn't Aemon's. I don't know, not sure about him.

 

Danya is high on my list as is Adella. Adella has jumped so quickly on other peoples votes, just something that doesn't go quite right!

Does anyone else have an opinion??? There are supposed to be nine of us left but only three have chimed in. HOW are we going to get a lynch like this? I am honestly getting pretty peeved about all the mod-kills we're getting. I'd like to hear what the rest of you think so we can come to a majority for once!

I agree, there are way too many people hardly saying anything at all, Pete hasn't chimed in since the beginning of Day 2, and thats just one person!

Talya makes somepoints and I tend to agree with some.  But, you said you where a vigilante and last night a couple power roles died?  So your a little trigger happy and whacked a good guy?  Not sure I buy you tried to kill someone and failed but two innocents power roles died.  Rey's case is good and so is yours and yet I feel like your trying too hard with it.  No disrespect dear but I'm not ready to buy what your selling.  So...

You kinda just bit yourself in the arse as far as I'm concerned Talya, we are this close to end game and I think it was pretty reckless to use your kill on someone that nobody else shared your suspicions of when it is this close.  I know that the vig kill is entirely up to the vig to decide on but if it's okay for you to kill someone on a whim, why is it not okay for those suspicious of you to just vote you?

If James was the SK then chances are Victoria and Laurent are not mafia as that would not be a big enough team...unless they have a recruit.  Does that mean that the Volturi are mafia?

 

It seems like there are, so far, at least 3 different win conditions.  What is going on?  Are the Cullens a cult or something?  The werewolves?  Are either faction good?  If either one is considered good then why would the town only win when both are destroyed?
