Do you mean in general? Everything but the center of gravity.

Do you mean above the ground? There are countless examples, but a common answer is the sky.

Do you mean it as the expression requesting the well being of those that are present to answer? Fine good sir.

Do you mean it as a question of direction? Up is the oppisite of down.
