Well if there's 2 of them, like it appears there are at a minimum in the myndgame.. it'd mean we could have 6 confirmed innocents and start to blue vote our way through the non mason'd looking for scum and CL

each one you would have to wait for a scene from wes, so lets say you could get a blue majority 4 times? in a day night cycle, there are 20 something players? so thats 4 days. now lets take the worst case scenario. you miss the maffia to the end, there taking out 1 a night  so your down to 2 innocnets by the time you have cleard out the rest, and while this is hapening, the cult leader is recruting

from those 6. assuming that the mafia dont just false claim being a mason group, and sit back and laugh while you do all their work. so yea not a good idea imo, not enough margin for wining

The coordination aspect is tough.. At the other site, we have 12 of 18 players claiming mason, so it's easier to work it out. Nae seems to be hinting that perhaps her team is larger then 4 (or smaller), so the numbers could be more favorable..

 

ANd if the mafia false claims a mason group, that'd be ideal.. I think it's what's happenned at the other site..

Masons are not a faction. Masons are a role. Cult wins with the cult, Mafia win with the mafia, Town wins with the town. Masons are an optional role that can be provided to the town in order to aid their victory. If masons were an alignment, they would not win with the town, they would win with the masons.

 

Wes has obviously taken some exception to this role, or agrees with your logic (which is fundamentally flawed and wrong); it doesn't matter now though, we know that there are masons in the game, and thats enough for now. Knowing about more teams or even who Nae's other mason buddies are won't help us at this time, whereas it will help the cult and scum instead.

Okay, I've been doing my research if nothing else than for a game I'm preparing on another site.

 

Mason, as an individual, is a role.  However, masons, as a group, is a faction within the town who know they are innocent and can work together. They win with town.

 

I admit, if you've only played where the mason is a role and not a faction, it can be confusing.

But that is besides the point. I think anyone who voted for pandy but would not yeild their vote in interest of a lynch should be looked at closely.

 

Also barm, you need to make sure the post is grammatically correct. It is easy to miss a punctuation and therefore leading to a loophole in your list.

And sorry Barm, I missed the grammatical part of your post.

 

Maybe we should include they have to use one text effect such as bold, underline, or italicize.

If I remember correctly, there is the option of running a night mission as well. Don't know how it gets started though.

 

And I think you can only apply for the day mission on the start of the day. Not sure though

I know we can apply for a day mission at the start, but we should all be in a consensus as to who to go.

 

I don't think we should run a night mission because the cult already has a fifty fifty chance of recruiting a second member, there is no need to give them a third so early.

 

Well that is easy. Hybrid voted for me and justified it with a quote. The only thing is there was information in the quote that defeated his vote. After I presented him with this he ignored my posts. So that is why he got my vote.

 

DSage you got my fos because my gut is telling me you are no good. Nothing more, nothing less, that is why it was just a fos.
