Which makes me think that Rose and Gypsy are connected, Parent/Child? Though the way mmeesh is talking makes me suspect a pairing up of Gypsy and Meesh. Either way I'm not changing my vote, we need a lynch.

 

How does Lia know there are parents and that they are paired? Maybe she's one of them?

I saw it, but didn't the kids do crazy things that got them eliminated from the factory.

Didn't she kind of jump on Rose for no real reason either? Didn't have time to watch that video, so her vote could've been humor-based, but I don't know....

 

People have kind of jumped on rose since day 1, for no reason, and the people that are happily bandwagoning look suspicous to me....

 

I didn't really like the way Lia voted for Rose, at any rate.  It seemed too random.

I really don't know; this is all confusing.  But I agree that Lia seems suspicious, even though there's no "mafia" in this game, and what constitutes "suspicious" in other games doesn't necessarily equate in this game.

 

So, I'm going to [glow=red,2,300]vote Lia[/glow].  Best lead I have to go on beside Hybrid (OMGUS :P).

 

Is there anything to go on right now other than randomness?  And your 'best lead to go on' is that her vote was TOO random? Hahaha that seems a pretty random reason to me. Not that I'm against your vote. Lia would be next on my list, but for now I'm keeping my vote on rose, so we can hopefully lynch someone today and get information.

No matter who we eliminate it is good for someone and bad for someone.

I wouldn't say it's a plus no matter who we kill. It might not be. But if we don't kill anyone, the game won't go anywhere. So we just have to take a chance, like on the first lynch of a regular mafia game. It might be bad, it might be good, but we learn something (hopefully) no matter which way it goes.

But when you take the mafia out of the equation then you just have sub groups. If each group wins independently than their is no downside to a lynch or not. I would prefer one, and will vote for one before the deadline.

 

Also since each night action is completely given on posts than in essence we should eliminate the people who are inactive.

Actually, the people who are most active may be the ones who are going to get chocolates so they can buy a night kill. Maybe we should get rid of them too?

Then you have the inactive people still around, and not voting.  Makes things more difficult, I'd imagine. :)

 

And, Spirit, when I said her vote was too random, I guess I just meant... well, it seemed strange that she should bandwagon Rose in particular, over something silly.  But then again, I didn't get her reference, so that messed with my perception, I'm sure.

I just remember feeling like that was a weird thing for Lia to do. *shrugs*

This game is intriguing yet amazingly difficult.

Btw Gypsy, I didn't try to start a bandwagon, I was aiming for funny posts which would get me chocolates and I also wanted to see some movement in the game and yes, hopefully a "lynch" or whatever we call it. I had no real suspects, Rose was as good as anyone else and I got to play off of the "She's a witch!" Monty Python skit.

 

This game is STAGNANT. We need to do something instead of sitting around, twiddling our thumbs, complaining that things are too "confusing" and that we don't know what to do. We do know what to do. We need to lynch someone, get some information and PROCEED.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough that I was going based on my FEELINGS about how you voted.  And sorry you misunderstood when I said it was the "best lead I have."  It is.  The only other person I'd vote at this point is Hybrid, and that would be OMGUSing.  Which I don't like doing.

- I do have to stress the importance of the Golden Tickets. I'm a bit disappointed about that aspect of the game so far :( They are VERY worth the trouble. Also, it is not limited to 1 post per person. Everyone seems to keep to that limit, but there is no need.

 

- Mafia is for fun. You do not gain anything (except 2 min fame) by winning, nor do you lose

anything (except 2 min 'damn') if you don't.

 

- Deadline is in 24 hours.

As far as reasoning goes Lia, my reasoning for voting you is about the only reason I could come up with. I hate to vote without reasoning and I know this is no excuse but I am playing a little on tilt with the new rules.

The way I see it, this game is pretty much an "everyone for themselves" game, with no teams. Which makes the game even harder because you can't see patterns in the voting. Which just makes it more fun.

It's not an OMGUS if you actually have a good reason for voting the person who voted you.  It may come off a bit like that, but if you actually have a legitimate reason then you should vote for them.

I'm really not sure who to vote for, nor why. But it seems we will be at a stalemate if we don't do something. So Rose has the most votes so far. Hmmm...she does seem to have been picked on, not just this last but the first day too. As for DJ can't see anything there, even less than Rose.

Lia does seem a little jumpy and coming across as touchy and lashing out a little.

why are we waiting to cast votes? This I do not understand. We don't have a deadline until the uber-wonderful mod here decides he wants a deadline because no progress has been made. Besides, the sooner we vote a lynch, the sooner we can get out of this room with all the crazy marble producing turtles.
