Went on iTunes the other day and got a bunch of songs...  Also received volume 1 of the GLEE soundtrack for Christmas, from my dear sister. :D

 

Songs purchased:

-"Feeling Good" by Muse

-"I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith

-"Bailamos" and "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias

-"The Way I Loved You" by Selena Gomez and The Scene

-"Free to Be Me" by Francesca Battistelli

-"Colourful" by The Parlotones

-"Forward Motion" by Thousand Foot Krutch

 

I stopped there because even though I still haven't gotten the receipt for all my purchases, I just know I spent a rather large amount on music, for someone who's trying to save. :D

"Doomtree" by Doomtree: Massive album from Minneapolis hip hop collective. Proof that hip hop isn't dead, and can be something truly special. Even if you're not usually into hip hop, pick it up. Completely worth it.

 

"Pomegranate" by Astronautalis: Delta blues and outlaw rock and roll meet hip hop. Awesomeness ensues.

 

"The Midnight Organ Fight" by Frightened Rabbit: Scottish indie rock, everything Coldplay should have been and more.

 

"Wake Up The Nation" by Paul Weller: New album from the Modfather, proving once again the man is more than three-chord rock. Brilliant.
