BSG Mafia - Day 4

I'll just *facepalm* the whole game and slink away into the night.  Certainly a low point in my mafia career.  :D

Okay, I'm torn between "that's freaking awesome" and "what the hell?".

 

I misread this entire game.  I guess that almost proves Hybrids innocence.  (almost)

And you know, if I had been smarter, I would have wiki'd Kiv's character's name and realized he was playing a Cylon.  I was the Doublevoting Lover originally, and Jeran stole my identity. Oh well. I'm re-reading the entire game, too.

Leeland Adama, more commonly known among ship members as Apollo, tried to relax in the shower. They didn’t dare waste energy to heat the water to more than tolerable levels. He thought of all of those who have been murdered by the Cylons and by their plan to find them and he felt sick. None of it was right. He felt guilty for each murder. He should have done better; he should have protected his crew.

 

Apollo turned off the shower and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around his torso quickly. Unease suddenly spread throughout his body spiking into fear at the sound of a soft cough behind him. Was he next? He whirled and then stopped in surprise.

 

“You?” It was the last thing he said before hands wrapped around his neck and slowly choked him to death.

 

Elsewhere, Doctor Cottle was just finishing the last cigarette on board. He tried to smoke it slow, he knew what withdrawal would feel like and he wasn’t looking forward to it. Maybe this whole situation was the work of some great cosmic forces to force him to stop smoking and be a better example for the humans that remained in the universe. Nah, that was a crap theory. He took one last drag of the cigarette and sighed. He didn’t even flinch as someone grabbed him from behind and cut his throat.

 

JLM the Roleblocker and an Innocent and Barmacral the Doctor and an Innocent have been nightkilled.

 

Day 4 has started. It will end on July 23rd by 9 pm CST because the Mod has moved to Nebraska! ;D (Which is 7 pm PST and 10 pm EST). 5 votes are needed for as successful lynch.

Reread in the works.  It's a good thing we got two mafia and the cult leader already, since we're rapidly running low on innocents.  I hope one of those kills was a vigilante miss hit rather than a solo win or some other evil killing role.

bad: Jeran wasn't a real finder & we lost our doctor.

 

Which means I'll probably die tonight :(

 

I hope Lia still accepts my finding request due to the LOA I was on.  Please?

Does anybody have any ideas?  My gut-inspired instincts appear to have abandoned me for the moment.

I am voting [glow=red,2,300]Quibby[/glow] because he voted twice and both times it neither benefited the town in getting a lynch.

I also usually work until right before deadline, and I'd rather make a non-threatening vote than jump onto a bandwagon that will still get me labeled as mafia.

 

Besides, I had my reasons for voting Jeran.  I've always been highly suspicious of any finder claim, but usually not suspicious enough to vote for the person who made the claim, thus my reason for not voting Thorum.  The second finder, however, is usually too good to be true, thus my vote for Jeran, which I wouldn't have changed, even if I was in on time to do so.  My (admittedly rather wild) guess proved right, but not how I expected it to, so I still stand by my decision.

So, this could be a dumb, hypothetical question, but who would you have viewed if you had been given another chance?

 

My suspicions are to those who have contributed very little to the conversations: Dae and Illiara. They seem to be lurking in the corners.

He will be trusted as confirmed innocent too soon by a lot of us. Jeran could have been super-strategic and revealed a co-cylon as "cylon".
