1 Star Wars - I think nowadays I would pan the movie if it were new, it wins cause I grew up loving it.

2 Raiders of the Lost Ark - Hard to beat this classic.

3 Jaws - Anything that makes people scared to go into the water is a success.

4 Dark Knight - I can watch this over and over.

5 Top Gun - Falls as Cruise's stock falls.

6 Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl - Tainted by the sequels.

7 Independence Day - I may kind of hate it now, but I kind of liked it when it first came out.

8 Jurassic Park - It was ok.

9 E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial - For some reason I don't love this movie.

10 Spiderman - Eh...

1.  Star Wars - Wins every time because number one it's unbelievable, number two it totally changed special effects and sci fi movies.

2.  Raiders of the Lost Ark - Classically awesome.  I can't decide if Tom Selleck would have done a good job.  I think he would have, but Harrison Ford wins

3.  Pirates of the Caribbean - I absolutely loved this movie, and I'm not sure why I like it so much

4.  Top Gun - Val Kilmer rocks

5.  Dark Knight - Good, but not as good as Batman Begins

6.  Independence Day - I liked this movie, it does get old though

7.  Jurassic Park - Decent blockbuster

8.  Jaws - haven't seen the whole thing, but better than E.T. and Spiderman

9.  Spiderman - Toby Maguire was a bad choice

10.  E.T. - Didn't like this movie too much

Part of me feels that we should kick Dunbar out until he has corrected this horrible flaw. Is there not a law against not having seen Top Gun?

Posted

WHAT!  No Top Gun!  How did you grow up without wanting to be a fighter pilot?  Poor Dunnie...

I think I Have watched it at some point in my upbringing, but the memories are so vague (i have the theme song in my head now though) that I won't claim to have really seen it. I can't give you a synopsis if you had a gun to my head. (Will you be my wingman?)

And I mean to remedy this as soon as humanly possible! As soon as I get my sweaty, fatty clutches on it, it will be watched! Don't lose faith!
