Im gonna go and put a vote on [glow=red,2,300]Hybrid[/glow].

 

I agree with Mynd and Peace. I do not think there would be any vanilla townie roles in this game.

 

I will now start my reread, and see what Mynd has been doing to shake the Kira so badly he had to go.

MCS has requested to be replaced due to a busy life. I'm still waiting to hear back from Pandy.

 

Also, that is correct, I have yet to hear from either Talya or Whiterose. If they havent showed up by at least tuesday, I'm gonna have to look for someone to replace them. I'd hate to have to Mod kill anyone.

yep. thats all he dit. And Talya has not posted.

Whiterose said something about me having a female role, since I was reacting the way I did to Mynd. She also offered me a chocolate, thinking I had my period.

 

I am fairly certain Mynd was innocent. If not, he would not have died so erly. If we have a innocent daytime vig amongst us, Im fairly certain it would not have been wasted on Mynd the way it was done.

Wich leaves some possible reasons for his death.

 

Mass reveal: The mafia dont want a mass reveal, cause its hard to know wich roles other players have, so you might get caught in it.

Lynching Hybrid: Mynd moved his vot to Hybrid, and started going after him. Maybe the mafia think we will think; this is all to obvious. The mafia wouldnt be so stupid as to kill Mynd when he was going after one of their members.

Discrediting Hybrid: The Mafia wants us to think Hybrid is up to no good, and waste our lynch on him, rather than mass revealing, or have more time to figure out who is scum.

just getting Mynd out of the way: At least in my book, he was almost confirmed innocent.

 

Im sure there could be more, but those were the once I thought of right now.

well i see it like this: we give it till monday- its possible talya or rose show up because the busy weekend is over. but if they dont and danya cant find 2 replacements then we are gonna have 2 mod kills on our hands, with mynd dead and *at least* 2 deaths from lynching and a night kill thats 5 players dead by the start of day 2! thats only 10 left >.<

 

and thats if there is only 1 night kill. With 15 players its safe to bet imo we have 4 mafia

 

the only way to fix this is to lynch one of them, if they are still away for day 2, this way one of the mod kills doesnt happen and we use up a lynch.

 

 

the other option is we lynch one of them today, especially since we rarely get a mafia day 1 anyways and it could stop a mod kill later which could hurt us. But i'd personally rather not kill people *DAY 1* on a holiday weekend  :(

 

 

anyways what do u guys think- our options are: lynch someone, lynch either talya or rose to prevent a future mod kill, or a no lynch since we've already had the 1 death today. But it kinda doesnt give us *any* information

It shouldn't be to overwhelmingly hard to find replacements now that i think about it and I agree that it doesn't seem like hybrid's telling the truth about his role.

 

Only 1 way to know for sure though, and that's if anyone else has his townie role

So far the only argument that has caught my attention was Mynd's arguments in favour of voting for Hybrid. 

 

Since it is Easter weekend I'd not want to vote for people who haven't posted yet in case they are doing family stuff.

 

Right now I am leaning to voting Hybrid, but I may wait a bit to see if the quieter people have something useful to say once they have finished their holiday weekend stuff.

I think, if we can find replacements for the people not here yet, the best option is to lynch Hybrid.

I dont buy the tokyo townie. But IF he is, at least we just lynch a vanilla rather than L or some other good role.

I see the logic of lynching hybrid, although I am still very suspicous of DSage.

 

DSage my second sentence in the previous post was pointing out that while others voiced their objection to a mass reveal your opposition was constant and overborad (in my opinion) and was due to your inability to think of an innocent character that might not have been given out by Danya--so you wanted to stop the mass reveal at all costs.

Anyways, this is a classical WIFOY scenario.  On the one hand, it seems strange for there to be nameless character roles in a mafia game based on an anime that has many characters to choose from.

 

Then again, it seems TOO suspicious to be suspicious. What I mean, is that no one in their right mafia minds would go along with it now, would they?

 

But then again, that could be their hope.

 

The only way to be sure would be to lynch one of them. :-\

its definitely a possibility but heres another one:

 

activated characters. Say we have a player named L and he or she dies, like in the manga Mello and near follow after

 

thing is- Mikami also followed after, so say L dies and this happens. another "tokyo townsman" would become mikami

 

in fact considering Mikami was the only 1 who lived in tokyo it would make more sense >.> (L, Mello and Near were all british, L had a single Japanese parent and the other was British. he was raised by Watari in a foster home)

 

 

truth is we really dont know- and not only that but hybrid and lia could be lying and get away with it *perfectly* since we dont get reveals upon death in this game.

 

 

i dont think the case against dsage is strong enough, and at the risk of outing him he's obviously got a named character and i can sympathize with not wanting to reveal who u are

 

but at least if we lynch hybrid and he's innocent we dont lose a role, if he not then we score big time. If we do have an "L" or some sort of 100% finder role then someone should view lia tonight and if she's scum we've probably gotten 2
