Spirit (3) - Nae, Verbal, Sam

Verbal (1) - Spirit

Intelligence points to Mesaana hiding somewhere in the city. With tensions running high, the Aes Sedai split up to search, occasionally meeting again to discuss and eat. Accusations abound at these brief meetings, and yet by the end of the day the decision is made. Spirit Sedai backs into a corner of the room, shielded by the others. Wielding the power, they open her bag and pull the books out at speed, before sending them back to bludgeon their owner to death.

Unfortunately none of them contain anything incriminating.

Still worried, they depart to their rooms to sleep - although the possibility seems highly unlikely. The following morning, Naeann Sedai is physically shaking as she walks through the Stone to check on the others. Reaching one of the great Halls, she suddenly felt a sense of panic. Someone had cut her off from the source! Turning around, she see's Verbal Sedai, Red shawl on her shoulders, mouth set in a victory smirk. Very slowly she feels her own shawl wrapping itself around her neck, as the windpipe is crushed.

Verbal Sedai relaxes, content in having finished the mission successfully and being able to communicate to the Head of her Ajah the news. Within moments of dropping the source however, she is instantly sheilded herself. Suddenly finding herself in the position as a victim, she turns slowly to look at whoever it could be. Not finding anyone, she becomes aware of slow clapping, and squints just in time to see a woman emerge from the Shadows.

Mesaana seems amused by Verbal Sedai's increasing panic, and doesnt even bat an eyelid as she pins her to the ground with Air.

"Masterful play, mouse. Although one should never seek to anger me... taking out my pawns like that wasn't very nice now, was it. However, i think we should give you a chance, given your skill set. Join me, and those skills will be put to good use."

Realizing there is little hope of survival in any other direction, Verbal Sedai agrees.

Spirit, an Innocent, has been Lynched.

Samurai and Naeann have been killed.

Verbal32, the Serial Killer, has survived and won the game!

Analysis, exact night actions and points will be along shortly.

Yeah well... If I didn't go with you on Spirit then it would have ended with a random kill and 3 to 1 you'd have won anyways.  Sammy should listen to his teammate instead of someone else.  Those of you who are newer to the game keep this in mind.

EVEN FINDER RESULTS ARE NOT... I repeat... NOT 100 percent proof positive!  This is TWICE I got screwed because of a finder's results and then no one listening to me.

Good job Verbal.  Even though I had you pegged for awhile no one else bought it.

*hugs Nae*

I soooo wanted to kill you days ago, but I figured I'd just keep you close instead.  I decided on Hybrid for my "mason" kill.  Needed to thin your ranks a bit before I went after the Black Ajah.

*hugs Nae again*

*hugs Verbal*  It mattered not... you left me with a wishy washy teammate that listened to other people instead.

I told you why.  Had I not the likelyhood would have been the same end result.  1 in 3 shots that it would have been you.

I'm just miffed at Sammy.  He did a good job considering he's not had many games under his belt.

I was screaming at my computer screen, "Lynch him!"  at the end.  OK, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but there you go.  Of course, I thought you'd be Mesaana, not a serial killer.  But close enough.  Good game, everyone!

Ummh....how did I die?

And yes I am sorry.  Verbal was pushier, but it worked to his advantage after all of the Mafia turning out to be quieter players.

So then was it a NK or just a missed action that caused the miss?

You died because once we lynched Spirit, it was night with only myself, Nae, and you left.  I would have NKed one of you and then there was a lynch tie the following day.  Once the bad guys (that would be me  ;)) equal or outnumber the good guys, we win.

And I think it was a missed NK.  I was annoyed, because I assumed the mafia would take out the revealed Healer Cairos.  I didn't want Red Ajah to come out, but luckily it didn't get me lynched.

LOL...you said it was me on the last day.  You were innocent, and Sam & Nae were confirmed Masons....of course you'd think it was me!

Edit:  Oh and I meant the revealed "Finder" Cairos...not Healer.

Grrrr. lolz.  ;D
