Just checked the last game Vamp game and it was great, can't wait for this one to begin!

The sign has been made and the call sent. You have sworn your life to serve an order that was thousands of years old before your ancestors were born. You have no choice but to heed the call.

 

You know the histories of battles fought throughout the past. Some won by the forces of light, and some not, but always there has existed a balance. Until now…

 

The prophecies foretold the coming of the dark one, a vampire of such power that it is almost impossible destroy. A vampire that could bring about the end of days…

 

And it is here. Now.

 

Twelve were called, and twelve have come. You have each been flown to this god-forsaken part of the world where the thing has revealed itself.

 

You gather together now, fitting weapons and packing supplies. You have exactly seven days. If you fail, all will be lost.

 

The weapons of your forefathers have long ago been hung over the mantle as decorations. Your methods are modern, deadly. You are each armed with an amazing array of guns, explosive ammo and razor sharp blades.

 

The only things that remain the same are the cross and the rope. The cross was the very one used by the Admiral hundreds of years ago. The rope is new and strong.

 

The helicopter you now travel in has begun to drop. You are here. As soon as the pilot gives you the signal, you throw the door back and jump out into muddy forest soil. A short distance away, and old abandoned castle sits on a hill, it’s evil eyes ever watchful over the small town in the valley below.

 

You here a woman scream from inside the castle. It knows you are here. You check your weapons one more time, then move.

 

The hunt has begun.

The walls are damp and it is obvious that no living soul has lived here in a very long time. The villagers shun the castle as a place of evil. It is easy to see why.

The scream comes again, from underneath the floor. The group spreads out, wary of a trap. Too bad you were not expecting the one you walked into. Or should I say, over.

 

The floor collapses underneath your feet and you plummet down, crashing into a cement floor. You curse, snapping a glow stick to life, illuminating your surroundings. The presence of drains in the floor and chains along the wall changes your opinion of how long its been since somebody was here. Then the woman moans….

 

 

“He will kill you all…it was a trap….you’re all going to die.”

 

Her voice is shaking, terrified. You bring the light closer to her. Then you see the fangs, the eyes, the chains that are not connected to her wrists at all….she leaps into the midst of you.

 

Blades whir through the air, bodies duck and dodge and the woman screams. You bring the light stick over her again and notice 11 distinct weapon marks, each deadly in it’s own right.

 

But not twelve. The awful realization hits you…

 

“Bring out the cross!”

 

You do. It glows a soft blue in the darkness. It’s the sign that a vampire is present. Your plight is clear.

 

“One of us is infected. We have to test everybody, and fast. If we don’t, we are all dead.”

 

Your task is clear.

Only the vampire received a role. Everybody else is bait. Start fishin'. heh.

er this is the kind where non vamps dont die and if we kill the original vamp they cant make any more right?, so we go through lynch everyone as fast as poss, and then start over, or hath the rules changed?

Here's the deal, those of you who haven't played one of Wes's Vampire Hunter games before - and those of you who may need reminding:

 

If this game works basically the same as the last one, we have a time limit before someone is turned into a Vampire.  Our goal is to check everyone we can before the time limit.  If luck is with us, we can catch the Vampire before the deadline.  But we have to be fast!  So, there can't be much debate.

 

For instance, Sven now has three votes.  Everybody should vote for him, so we can move onto the next player.  The faster we are, the more people we can check before the deadline.  So, if you're online, vote for Sven so we can speed this up.

 

It's called Fast Mafia for a reason.  ;D
