You make a good point, you voted me first so you are not exactly bandwagoning.....Verbal, Loki, and JLM are certainly doing so, but then again Verbal's vote was perhaps less desperately random than the latter two.

 

JLM's reason for joining my bandwagon instead of Moggy was very weak and almost "oh, i suppose i will just vote Mynd"  She is a much sharper player than that and I suspect that in the unlikely event that Loki is not Mafia, JLM is! 

 

It will be interesting.....Moggy could even turn out to be MAFIA and this is JLM and LOKI's attempt to save her....but then again, JLM and LOKI are more likely after me.  They fear my silver bullets!  I'll be watching! What are your thoughts?

Moggy, maybe the cowerdliest one of the Vikings sat huddled in a corner, refusing to even let the others know she's there. She's too afaid! unfortunately, cowardness is frowned upon by most vikings, and this village is no exception! For them, hiding is basically a confession. The villagers gather around, and starts to poke her with sticks. The Village chief dares to go close and stabs her with his silver sword. Nothing really happens tho. It turns out, Moggy was just a coward after all.

 

Its now night, please send in your nightactions. Night will end at either tuesday evening at 1800 GMT, or as soon as I get all the nightactions!

Hmmmm interesting, but I am not surprised that Moggy was an innocent.  A No Lynch would have prevented this, but hey....I'm done barking up that tree.

 

I think we have some things to look at now....and I wouldn't put it past the Mafia to split their votes between me and Moggy this first round, just to distance themselves. 

 

So we have Luthine who first initiated the Moggy vote......not too suspicious for being the first voter.  One could argue the same about Talya voting for me.  Just random votes as they say. 

 

Now Johnny and Verbal require more observation in that they both jumped on a bandwagon, but made sure they didn't join the same one to distance themselves....a little more suspicious if you ask me.

 

Loki, I am actually starting to doubt your mafiosoness simply because you stand there and argue instead of being quiet.  It doesn't excuse you in the slightest, but I am more apt to....

 

....look at JLM!!!  So quick to leap on my bandwagon when Moggy would have required less explanation.  And your reason for voting me?  "Oh, we need information..."  That would have made sense if you went with the majority, but you didn't.  WHY???  Are you trying not to vote with your fellow mafia????

Considering 9 out of the 11 players are on the votes, it's highly possible, yeah :P

 

The bandwagon on Moggy did form out pretty quickly but I don't really see how voting an inactive could make Day 1 easier than it already is for the Mafia, when "he smells funny" is a good reason to vote someone. And I believe it will help us as the game moves forward.

Yeah, but Moggy wasn't voted because she "smelled funny" she was bandwagoned as soon as she had the most votes.  JLM, on the other hand, voted with Loki because she "needed some information".....but how could voting for me and not the one already going down benefit her at all.....

 

...unless she wanted to distance herself from her fellow Mafia.  Hmm.....I suspect that if she's not Mafia, then Loki likely is....but if they are BOTH Mafia, I don't see them voting together.  It would be too conspicuous and they are both better players than that.

 

If I don't survive the night, go after either Loki or JLM....at least one of them is Mafia! If you lynch one and he/she is innocent, then the other likely is Mafia!!!!  *sharpens silver stakes*

Well I, for one, went for Moggy entirely  based on the logic that she was named after a furry beast.  This debating has certainly given me some food for thought for the next one, though...

sorry but that is utter bullshank. the only possible reason mafia would have for NKing your eminent self would be to frame me or JML, and tell me why o why woud i draw this much attention to myself if i were mafia when it would have been the easiest thing in the world just to slip a vote on moggness. it just doesnt make sence

That is exactly my point! Ever hear of the term guilty by reason of desperately trying to look innocent? If you weren't thinking like a Mafia, you would have jumped on the bandwagon among the others and you would have been just another voter, so would JLM.....but neither of you did.  So you voted me instead, the lesser of the two votes, for what reason other than to hide your MAFIAOSONESS?

 

And, so you also seem to agree that there is sufficient evidence against you and JLM to warrant a "set-up" if I am Night Killed......and then you call my logic a bullshank?  How would the mafia killing me be a frame job??  Are you preparing your excuse early?  Relax, i'm not dead yet.

Loki, it has nothing to do with how you play other games, I would have made the same statement if it was anyone else.  The fact remains that you believe that there is sufficient evidence to point fingers at you and JLM if I end up dead in the morning....yet in the same post you try to belittle my theories and imply that anyone on a ship designed by me would meet Davy Jones.

Mynd, you're basically flapping your gums at Loki. He has a point. If you were to be night killed, it would obviously be to frame Loki. And if Loki WAS mafia, he is smart enough to know that NKing you is a bad move for him. People would know from your death if he was mafia or not.

Im not exactly sure if that makes him innocent, but Loki is smart enough to know that if he is mafia that it wouldnt be smart to kill you.

If you are nk Mynd, it wouldn't prove Loki's innocent nor would it prove his guilt. It's not unheard of, for mafia to kill someone obvious to then claim it was a frame, and it's not unheard of for the mafia to nk someone to frame someone else.

 

It's also not ungheard of for them to go for someone who doesn't say so much, as that would give us less to go on.

 

If you look it with other info it may start to build a picture. I think out of the two JLM looks likely more mafia. But then you don't look so innocent neither. :)

Yes I changed my random vote from Nyn to someone with an actual chance of getting lynched and someone we might be able to get some information from based on the way he's playing.  whereas moggy hadn't even really shown up, besides just posting  in the sign up thread that she had gotten her PM.  Lynching inactives is fun when the game is dragging but we need some info.  too bad we didn't get any.
