Perrin drives me insane! He is the biggest wimp in the whole set. Think about it. Perrins in love with one woman (who, by the way, has a beak, not a nose) and he moans about her all the damned time. Rand on the other hand, has three women hes in love with and he hardly ever moans about them, and even when he does he doesnt ramble on for ten pages

Day 183 of my captivity...

 

My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.

They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal.

The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild

satisfaction that I get from clawing their furniture. Tomorrow I will

eat another house plant. Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving

around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded - must try

this at the top of the stairs.

 

In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again

induced myself to vomit on their favourite chair. I must remember to try

this on their bed. Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless

body in an attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to

try to strike fear in their hearts. They only cooed and condescended

about what a good little cat I was. Hmmm, that did not work according to

plan...

 

There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in

solitary confinement throughout the event. However, I could hear the

noise and smell the food. More important, I overheard that my

confinement was due to my powers of inducing "allergies." I must learn

what this is and how I may use it to my advantage. I am convinced the

other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely

released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a

half-wit. The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant and

speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due

to his current placement in the metal room, his safety is assured.

 

But I have patience, I can wait, it is only a matter of time...

 

 

-so why did I think of Rand, because he's a dog!

Gah :P I know you're fond of this theory, but Rand is not a womanizer. He simply does not fit the definition.

That's from dictionary.com. Rand is in love with three women, but he did not pursue them at all (let alone "lecherously"). In fact, it was those three women who pursued him. There is every indication that all four of them are in this relationship for the long term: they are not flings as indicated by the definition. Thus, Rand is not a womanizer.

 

Mat, not Rand, is the closest that any of the three boys get to being a womanizer.

If u ask me, he's just a typical bloody male! Most guys his age who love a good time do exactly what he does, and i doubt you'd find many women who hate them. They're not exactly womanisers because they don't juggle two or three women in relationships at once - they make it pretty clear from the start that its a 'no strings' setting, and you take it as you like.

 

Aside from that - I picked Berelain because I think I got a little lost. When Faile was there, she was the predator, chasing Perrin, but when she wasn't, she backed right off... huh? :?: :?: :?:

I also picked Berelain. For that reason. I think she was chasing Perrin for the purpose of making Faile jealous. Once Faile was not around, no more need to be chasing Perrin. However, that would not explain her jumping in to help rescue Faile, so... I don't know.

Other.I dont like Galina, for two reasons. The first is that shes black ajah. I just plain don't like black ajah. The second reason is a scene/part of the KoD, where she gets captured by perrin, and then she ends up becoming a crucial part in his plan, becuase she has to go tell faile all the onformation, but all the while she was lying, and she was going to screw up perrins whole plan. That got me mad. If I could just have entered the story there for a second I would have ripped her face off.

shes sooooo stuck up and looks down her nose at everyone. she thinks shes so above everyone she drives me crazy!!

at the begining i liked her, and there are parts of the story where i like her, but she has to be the character who annoys me the most.
