oh and it was just luck that i was able to post that fast i got a break in the slowness of it all and it loaded like now, then it did it again, and then it froze

Haha...backbrushing, is exactly what it sounds like. Brushing hair the wrong way. Basically, it ends up in tons and tons of knots...when you try to brush it back to normal, it really hurts; the brush going through the knots, and takes a while also.
