I'm going to skip the "noob pass" you're trying to give Gud and address the RB you claim to have done.  That does not mean she couldn't have been involved.  Regardless of how the mod does it, you have 1 of 2 options:

 

1.  It's a factional kill and RBing one person can stop whatever individual powers they have, but not the factional kill.

 

2.  It's not factional, and the only way to block it is to target the mafia member submitting.

 

Those are the only ways I can remember resolving NKs and RBs.  Either way, that doesn't mean what you think it means.

 

Question:  why Cop Key N2?  You talked about really liking her post and feeling good about it, so why wouldn't you peek somebody you had no read on?  I literally sussed you based on what appears to be (imo) a pocketing attempt on Key - so why peek her, then?

I thought that a roleblock could stop the nightkill if they submitted it? I just googled the roleblock ability again to double-check myself, and it says the same thing. If roleblocked, a player can prevent a nightkill, they cannot perform their night ability, including killing. Since we are down to the possibility of having two separate wolf teams, they would have to submit the NK, their powers would not work and the kill would not work right?  This is my second two wolf team game, and even if it's factional, someone has to actually submit the kill still? This would prevent any night action from happening right?

I felt really good about Key d1, d2 I still had her up there, but the only people I was really trusting were Zander and DPR. Turin started tinfoiling with Key, and it honestly worried me, especially with how much I was leaning into her and Darthe as my top osted about my reads D1 . I thought that all my reads were F'ed tbh. I can grab the quotes if you want me to, but I thought some of my reads were off. This pretty much led me to the decision: Remove the tinfoil and follow the Poe today.

I think I am viewing the roleblock ability correctly here, and with both of you directing conversations back to Gud quite frequently, I feel like the wolves are leaving the new person alive in an attempt to win at endgame.

I have to head out for a bit but I can reading though, the more I read through D2 though the more I feel like I am going in the right direction.

Well sorry guys I just don't have it in me to trudge back through all that stuff.  Sephs got his receipts.  The more I read Verb the more it reminds me of the comment I made about Turin last game in spec chat after I got got.  He felt like a conductor trying to steer the thread in the direction of his pushes.  Framing things to fit his narrative and I'm starting to really get that Vibe from Verbal.  If I believe Sephs JOAT claim I don't think the neighbors HAVE to be T/T which was the main reason for my not wanting to lunch him.

 

Darthe Verb felt weird all game.  Sussing each other but never going anywhere with it and never really pursuing or pushing their apparent Scum reads on each other.  

 

Darthe and Verb team and Hallia and Dice/Gud.  Of any combo even if I factor in Seph Darthe and Verb makes the most sense to me.  And Hallia's game makes me believe Gud or Dice would make most sense as partner.

 

I'm too sick to dig in so think imma just stick to my gut, stop trying to figure out mechanic based reads and go from there.

It took me far too long to realize what Sanderph was and I hate the sound of it... I feel like if we ever hydra I want to use it though lol.
I appreciate the sentiment, but you don't have to worry about me being a wolf; I am trying to summon as much as I can today. I need to save some for tomorrow if I am still around.

Sucks that you don't feel well, but you're waffling on this and letting common sense elude you.  It doesn't make sense for me to be scum - it just doesn't.  I might as well reveal the rest of my role - my 1x is a bulletproof vest.  Scum is not super likely to have a vest.  Same thing as me being neighbors with DPR and no others have been noted - it's just more likely that I'm town, which is the correct path.

 

I think maybe you can still pull this off with my mislynch, but it's gonna maybe come down to night actions.  If you choose this path, glgl.  If not, I can see that you don't want my #1 in seph......but the common denominator we all seem to have is Gud.  Dice is the remaining POE player.

It would make sense for scum to have a bpv if the other neighbor was Scum lololololol 

 

But no based off everything else Ive seen that PR doesn't seem likely for Scum to have with what we've seen flip and claimed

Damnit....you know in these type of situations, and maybe it's not there yet, because unsure of the setup balance in relation to LYLO MYLO .  I'm not sure what the exact % would be but a Wolf drops the first vote gotta be greater than 75% of the time FML lololololol

It's not like I'm randomly dropping the vote; I understand the situation the village is in. I have read this game probably 2 or 3 times now, and I feel strong about the case I made. The roleblock on Gud pretty much sealed my poe coming into today.
