Ah, could it be "Sisters of Silence", possibly?

Indeed, the last large gathering of channellers not affiliated to the Tower of which only one became a full Aes Sedai, after the group was broken up. No idea who, I'm awful with the names of Aes Sedai. 

 

Was just trying to think of something without "the" in it.

Ah well now, OK, hands up when I'm wrong. 

 

Actually it was Daughters of Silence - my memory this time played me foul. The Aes Sedai though was - Saerin Asnobar. 

 

Always worth checking, as it is not fun to have mistakes which could confuse people. 

 

Incidentally, Sisters of Silence are a faction in Warhammer 40K, though I know nothing about that so cannot claim to have been influenced by the similarity, I'm just stupid.
