I have always thought that the Creator and DO are just roles for two beings of equal everything.

 

One would be DO and one would be Creator, whoever wins at the end of the cycle becomes the Creator.

 

The loser becomes the DO and have to try to win back the world.

There can't be a Divine Power, that is Deus Ex Machina and RJ is to good for that. It has to be some combination of men and women using sa'angreal most likely. Otherwise, Ishamael most likely or Shai'tan will taint saidan again with the True Power.
