Let me get a vote in on the pairs that I haven't already voted on.

Vote: Nyn to be different from everyone else. Not sold on Verb yet. Potentially subject to change.

Vote: Aquilla because I don't trust either and I like ties.

Vote: Lenlo as a placeholder.

For a moment, I was disgusted, then I remembered this is Shads weird "Your voted out but not dead" game. Way to give me a roller coaster of emotion Sooh.

I asked you questions that you should prolly answer

Or you will vote for me? Meh. It's not that scary. See [v]LZM[/v]

Anyway I missed your questions. What do ya wanna know?

Lenlo, buddy ol pal.

What have ye to say in yer defense? Convince me you're town and I'll let ye have me spot in the tournament.

These are the only game related posts from LZM that I saw.

@LZM explain your verbal vote.

Also why are you giving lenlo the opportunity to take your spot?

Any initial reads? Some of the players have generated enough content to have some preliminary thoughts.

I think both you n Verb are town. Your solvey, he's not.

I'm busy. If Len can prove to me his towniness I have no qualm ceding my spot in da tourney.

Reads.........I don't like BFG. Soft D of me was unwarranted and feels like leading. SK/Rand Null. Ben........I dunno. Haven't placed him. I like AJ fer town. Sooh is null, Lenlo is null

Also nice to give Shad some work.

I can get behind this!

So my question stands.

Why?

Is that to me?

No, your vote is perfectly reasonable regardless of your alignment.

I'm interested in knowing exactly how I'm not being "solvey".  Call it a science experiment, if you will.

As Nyn said, this game makes it easy to hide behind some flimsy reasoning for votes.  I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not letting flimsy votes for me to go uncontested.

You're about as active as me, and your keeping things close to your chest. Not saying you aint doing anything to solve, but your not making it apparent either. Therefor, I'm happy to vote you out and keep her in

At this point I think it's worth discussing that scums will be able to eliminate two winners from the tournament ENTIRELY. That means if we vote all the solvey people to win their pairings, two of them will surely be eliminated.

I'm not entirely sure how this should be balanced with voting to eliminate scummy people, but it's worth thinking about I think.

Supposing that the two first pairings, BFG/AJ and Verb/Nyn, are all town. The most vocal people in those pairings are Nyn and AJ at this point. If they both win, they can both be eliminated by the scums during N1 (as well as one of the losers from said pairs, so we could risk losing 3/4 of them). As for the smartest way to play this I'm not sure. If we think all 4 are town, should we vote for the most vocal ones, ensuring that at least one of them is around to lead town during the next phases?

So is there merit to voting someone vocal out, so they cant get caught in those 2 kills? Cause then they can atleast talk. But they can still kill someone who lost so it might do nothing... But the wolves HAVE to sub in a loser, so what if some losers are vocal town? In terms of not dying, loser seems to be the safest place. Plus cant the losers still vote in the tournament, they just cant win it? So if the vocals are voted out, 2 kills have to land amongst the not-vocal. Then the vocals are safe from kills and can still solve and vote a towny to the win... right?

something like that, though the kicker is if all scums are voted out D1, town wins.

And like, the wolves cant hide amongst the vocals/conf town that way, because if all of the wolves get voted out of the tournament, they lose right?

See, we had a similar idea.

Im starting to think that we WANT to vote out the active town to A) Protect them from the kills and B) so the wolves cant hide amongst them. Then we just have to hunt the ones who are still in.
