And additionly, ben, there are instances to take your time and there are times to power through. It's always how it goes in games. First phases are usually full length and they grow shorter as the game progresses. Gaining more content and rereads are important but at some point it drags out to the point of indifference which means that the game feels stuck and we're all just staring at our shoes or beating around the bush.

 

So yes, i want the game to freaking progress vs this crap and i dont plan on apologizing for that pretty much ever nor do i really feel its necessarily alignment indicative. Impatience can be present either way.

Id also say Ben, sometimes after an unexpected flip the game can and should slow down abit. Give people time to do some reads. Just because a game is on like D5 doesnt mean days have to end in like... 4 hours. Those more sure of their reads will naturally push for that person to get lynched and try to convince everyone else to do so quickly, so that person cant turn everyone into wanting to lynch someone else. Meanwhile people who are unsure, who thought someone would flip a certain way and then they didnt, have to reevaluate their reads and so take more time.

 

Thus, someone who is always hedging and playing both sides is maybe a wolf trying to buy time. Someone dragging the game out may be doing to drive people crazy, get them emotional and make things change. Some times someone pushing a lynch through ASAP before the powerful personalities or 100% cleared townies are able to get on and voice their thoughts. It all comes down to the individual. Its alot of thinking, which is why im not good at it. I just do things.

 

Like I tend not to do much D1, cause I find spam and all this "Who wants to start the game first, tehehe" boring. Once a game gets going and theres a constant back and forth though, its alot funner, so im more active. None of this is meant to affect this game, just give you some advice.
