Red- How does that even make sense?  It was Penny's slot originally but how come when it was supposed to be Penny it was Scum but now because it's me in the same slot its different?!!??  I mean sure maybe if Penneh had posted but she did so......!??!!?!?

How many games have you played with Penny?

 

Has she ever subbed as Scum before?  As Town?  Is one more prevalent?

i've probably played in over 20 games with her over a couple years across 2 different forums.

 

She doesnt like playing as scum i know that. I would have to look up to see how many times she has subbed out as scum before but i don't know if she habitually does it but i could certainly see her doing it hence my initial concern.

Bop suspects that Penny subbed out because she was a wolf. You took over her slot, which makes you a wolf. (Not in my book, but what he was poking at)

 

He pretty clearly said he sees you as neutral. He likes your post style and hopes you'll stay in the game to keep it lively for everyone. Just because you're fun doesn't make you a villager. Just because you're fun doesn't make you a wolf. 

 

I personally don't think there is much content here yet, especially considering we've hardly heard from a few people. However, I would love to hear your opinions about the matter.

The only thing I really took from my interaction with Sooh, is after I accidentally put a little pressure on her, told her I didn't get a wolf read, she disappeared. I know timezone means shes probably snoozing, but she still peaced out.

I said she came off as defensive but couldn't pinpoint where that came from. Villagers can be defensive if they think a wolf is trying to corner them and I can understand how my comment could come off as reaching really far.

Ya that back and forth with Sooh read really awkward to me, and tbqh it could very be nothing.

 

And its not just S-BOP but Sooh some too.

 

I get Bop is prolly joking with the whole Zander is a Wolf shtick but with that other interaction its just got me a little unsettled atp I guess.

 

I can see how it would be awkward. It did seem to escalate really quickly and then fizzle out just as quickly.

aquila peacing out is concerning since he was just chatting in a public discord channel about something else right now, but he might be able to use discord at work and not visit websites or whatever for some reason he'll come up with later since this read is surely gonna put his ass on the spot.

I felt like it was a pretty normal response. I think I changed to tone from fluffy beginning game banter to potentially making an accusation. I think that's the only real reason it stands out.

 

I'm mostly looking forward to seeing more interactions from more people here. I will get out of bed eventually and probably re-read the thread and see if I have questions for anyone.

 

For now, do you have any reads and who do you have experience playing with? Anything catching your eye?

I find the fact that you were so eager to find something wolfy that it overrided you reading comprehension of the post tryhardy. MAybe it was tiredness and not eagerness who knows. Nice to see Zander coming in full force, we'll see if he can keep up the stamina though. Having a hard time reading if we're getting fluffy comments from him or if this is his way of trying to get people to communicate and get reads. He has never had stamina issues in the past. This is completely par for the course for Z. NAI.

Yeah, I know there's a "Rand wolf, sub out" thing that people keep referring to (which I hope is false more often than not tbh), but in this case as I understood it, Penny had communicated her intention to sub out long before the role PMs went out, so I don't understand why you would even think in that direction.
