Aaaaand again any semblance of hunting wolves has been killed. I think we need everyone else's thoughts on alignment not chat endlessly about roles. I mean if DPR can prove his role, sure. But I don't see how anything else is better than WIFOM with a great deal of info being gleaned by the wolves.

If people claim VT that gives the mafia nearly a 100% chance of a NK because they won't be protected. And how does it help town as mafia are definitely going to claim to be town of some sort, so I don't see how you separate true from false.

The problem is though that what if the mafia have a Strongarm or roleblocker or something similar. Wouldn't all this claiming business cut the odds of the mafia finding the Doc? I don't know. They'll want the Vig gone but may take that chance if they are feeling lucky. It feels like it would be really easy for the mafia to take advantage of this...

I feel like I'm missing something. It is 5v3, yes? So a miselimination and a successful NK wins mafia the game. How does a Vig change that unless they kill a mafia?

Yeah, lol, I was checking too. It has been a long time since I did any botany. As far as I can see, the radicle (what grows into the roots) is always more substantial and grows quicker at first than the plumule (what grows into the shoot). This may depend on the size of the seed and how deep it buries itself, one I looked at appears to grow the roots deep into the earth and then grow the shoot into the air carrying the seed with it. This is probably a very light seed that lies superficially on the soil. It makes sense as while the light is so important and getting there first even more so, the seedling needs water to grow and to expend everything on reaching upwards increases the chances the seedling will fall over (insufficient support and a much higher centre of gravity) losing any advantage in height it has and risking damage to the roots. Maybe I have been thinking about this too much - I was a bit annoyed I could not remember a University course from 1995. My memory must be going, lol.

But this does not explain why you have squirreled on me and responded with such frustration and desperation when I pointed out that there seemed to be a slimy connection between you and Turin. It doesn't explain why you went from being 90% certain you weren't voting for me to throwing an OMGUS vote at me. It doesn't explain why when explaining to DPR that you didn't hold Turin's case making against him (though obviously if you are calling the DPR/Turin spat T/T you aren't agreeing with it either) that you throw in "Heavy is constantly wrong" or why you think I'm only believable as town as a bad player. Saying things with precision and confidence is what you are accusing me of, yet seem very unconcerned about what I am saying with precision and confidence. Finally, you also seem to be completely ignoring that I have a meta as well - every game I have been hit by accusations of "inconsistent tone", of making observations that are too astute, of playing like a noob and a pro interchangeably. In the first game, Zander tried to eliminate me as he believed I was lying about it being my first game. Yet your case relies entirely on me being a noob who does not know how to play, ignoring that there are enough players in the game that know that this is not true. Or at least, it isn't the whole story. My "case" on you was minimal and sketchy, largely based on a feeling I could not shake that you and Turin were working together in an underhand way. You just seemed to keep doing this so I voted, and we get this way over the top reaction. DPR voted for you and you are calmly discussing the game with him, whereas with me you seem to have completely upset the apple cart of what your gameplan was, and you sound really really annoyed. I cannot quite see the angle where it helps town to know who shot Teph. Could someone explain this to me? I really have drawn a blank.

I mean, you can make your lists however you want but it seems strange that if your Town lean for me, for example, was so thin that you would not rate me as null. While I get that you can have highlighted players to look at, but it is still suspicious that you are breadcrumbing possible massive changes. Given how many people are linking you with DPR this is doubly suspicious; surely you can see how having a premade excuse to move a teammate from total sus to lock clear is kind of handy? Some people say having null reads on people is something wolves often do with teammates as they don't want to incriminate them or be associated with them, but having a strong mafia read that could at any point switch to a strong town read when convenient surely is even more suspicious - even if you are just being honest about your thoughts. But it is just WIFOM again. It makes you look suspicious, so a wolf wouldn't do that, but if town you thinks it isn't suspicious then presumably so would wolf you think it wasn't suspicious. Or you know it is suspicious so you are playing TWTBAW. Who knows? But regardless, it is sus.

SD still needs to explain the whole asterisk thing. That is really concerning. Though if he was a wolf it would be odd if those trying to sus him were also wolves. Could be bussing be seems a strange choice at this point. Tigs has sounded sincere, made some good points, difficult to have much depth in the read, there was that TMI moment but really I don't think it can be seen as a slip. Ed could be either, just not enough to go on. Dice I was feeling quite good about, though less so since he has arrived to pitch in with support for you, and his claim that your tone in your responses to me were your normal, calm, sitting in an armchair smiling fondly at the kids tone, and did not smack of desperation and frustration, I really don't understand. Yup, but I'm guessing that in situations where you loose your cool, you probably did not intend to. But point taken, though is that not true of all mafia?
