  1. I agree that Mo & Su work well. I have less trouble with Rand and Lanfear. I think it's possible readers are injecting that we knew she was Lanfear the moment she got on screen. Rand knew her and fell in love with her as Selene. He was there how many months? First impressions are strong. Add that she hasn't really done him dirty yet (that he knows about anyway). Finally, he saw her as Meirin, where she seemed to want to do good for the entire world. Maybe he thinks he can draw her back to that version of herself.
  2. They were. Hopper is small for a real wolf. The prop guys probably just used real wolf dimensions.
  3. I think setting the sigil would be helpful. Then maybe starting with flow.
  4. TBH, I like the book story better where she does have the woodcraft to track him. It just shows that trying to move horses through brush will leave signs despite efforts to tidy.
  5. OK. I had thought it must be something about the power cause otherwise I didn't exactly see how that worked for her to find them outside of Shadar Logoth as Moraine wasn't driving per se. Rule of Cool I suppose.
  6. Did they say what it was? I kinda thought it had something to do with the power. But then how could he duplicate? Perhaps itwas just a different perspective thing? Idk
  7. I guess let's go for it?!? *higher register*
  8. Ooh, our defense is getting stronk. But, when do we learn to punch?
  9. Might as well try again. Who is the water guardian?
  10. Her killing the trollocwas primarily a function of stealth. In the books she is regarded a skilled woodswoman which always sense since she probably has to go out and find her herbs (wolves are a thing). The show says she actually tracked Moraine. So that's a nerf.
  11. He undoubtedly caused deaths by his mere Ta'veren self causing fate to go wonky. He didn't actively kill them iirc. I do think the show is trying to show Rand does have a dark side, and is willing to break eggs to.make his omelette.
  12. Okay. I thought that guy lived. but fair enough.
  13. Really?!? I didn't notice that. I enjoyed this episode immensely. While it didn't have the epic moments from the books (I've been waiting to see the glass columns scenes for a long time), it had great emotional things. All the dream interactions were touching. In all it seemed to really humanise the characters.
  14. I think we meditate and sea if thr ocean tells us how to make it work.
  15. And now we have theme songs. Yeah!!!
  16. Gotta read the scroll. It could be the lost outriggers notes.
  17. Okay. Let's see of there is anything here before going into the temple.
  18. Might as well have a look around to see if anything will help us. Where is the co op in this adventure? Gonna need to get more supplies at some point.
  19. There is evidence for Suian and Moiraine in the books. The Elayne Aviendha ship has been a big thing for years. They seemed to be in line.with the sister wives vibe of other book throuples that sort of implied polyamory. I don't think there is any evidence either way for Ishy so meh, maybe he is actually asexual but really friendly. Same for a random ancestor. My question is why does it bother some people so much? Do we really care who our heroes go bump in the night with?
  20. Ooh, that would be sweet. Think I want this one.
