I have never been in this situation before, with cop outed D1 and no doc potential (BG is not same thing).

Wouldnt a mass town claim have merit? They cant shoot anyone but Random. So no one puts themselves at risk any further and we narrow the pool of suspects.

I am glad I am not crazy. I hate mass claims, but think outted cop makes it worth being considered.
