Anyway, yeah, it is between me and wifi now.

 

Tink is unlikely to be w/w with Besie.

Manbat and dya are mechanically clear. There were different points where they could have just won the game.

 

That leaves me and wifi. I can already see how the day is going to go - me and wifi fighting it out

Trust me, I am going to fight it out though - I have put way to much effort in this game the last few days trying to figure it out and we are so close to winning. We actually have a chance now, after all the bad luck we had.

Ok I'm going to try to explain why no lynch is the best play. Tonight we have a townie die. That leaves us with 4 players. 3 are village, 1 is a wolf. Villagers have to decide which 1 of 3 is the wolf. Random guess would be 33%. If you no lynch, another town dies overnight. That leaves us with 3 players. 2 are village, 1 is a wolf. Villagers now have a 50% of randomly guessing the right player to lynch. It decreases your pool of suspects. not to mention that it gives us more time to go over everyone's posts again.

In general, what you say is true. But, in this game, I would say no-lynch does not make sense.

 

Here's why:

1. More or less it is going to be between me and wifi. No matter how many people remain, it has a 50% chance, looking at it from your perspective. So, 4 players or 3 players doesn't really matter

2. Start of day, we would need 3 people to hammer. If there are only 3 players remaining, we would only need 2 people to hammer. In the latter case, it would be very easy for the wolf to ninja lynch. In the former case, it would take more effort in order to do that.

 

Having more time is definitely an advantage. But I am not sure if the negatives outweigh that.

“Clov!”, he said in surprise. His ears rang at the abrupt slap.

 

He rubbed his cheek. “I’m not sure I deserved that.” Halli and Nyn rolled their eyes.

 

Another man appeared, mere seconds later. “Cory!”

 

“Who was he??”

 

“What?”, Monstr asked, hoping to buy some time.

 

Another slap struck him in the very same spot.

 

“I… may have deserved that.” Halli and Nyn stifled a giggle.

 

He sighed as he heard more steps behind him, bracing himself for yet another slap. He didn’t expect the person that was standing in front of him.

 

“You’re off the edge of the map, mate. Here there be monsters.”

 

“I already know? I am one. This is interesting though. Quite the tale.”, Monstr retorted.

 

“Dead men tell no tales….”

 

Monstr hit the wooden dock with a thump, after being punched in the nose. His legs were chained to a heavy iron cannon ball and he was tossed in the sea, never to be seen again.

I don't want to. Imo all no lynch does is bank on mafia screwing up the kill and creates wifom. We should be able to do this with the info we have so no point in stalling.

Disagree. We should have more than a 50% chance because we've got two town clear and we're capable enough to make a strong guess. More time just means more wifom at this point because we should have all the information we need. As for mafia ninja'ing just don't vote until you're ready to commit.

If scum wanted to try and win yesterday then it's WiFi. Pral could've hammered here. Even if he was going to be asleep/not around for deadline he wouldn't have placed a vote on Besie to hit his teammate and left it there knowing he wouldn't be around for deadline.

That is not always the case.  I was wolf with darthe.  Check out the Grimfrostborn Mafia game.  He could have won like 2 or 3 days before he did but he let the game get down to 3p....just for the fun of it...whats to say you are not the same type of person??

Just ISO WiFi and Cntrl+F Besie and notice she NEVER says "is scum, is town". It's always "null leaning slight town" with literally nothing concrete. Tip toe too lightly. And when it comes to me vs Besie for lynch Pral calls out Besie and WiFi defends.

You're attempting to lynch Tiinker over the same kind of idea. "I believe he doesn't believe what he's saying". I think Tiinker has had some good posts this game, especially since his initial train happened, and I don't like this push on him.
