@Clov - snappy probably wasn't a good word to describe. If you paid attention at all to Darthe's game, the way she responded to me when I accused her of things is what I'm trying to express. Basically whenever I said something negative she would turn it around back on me. Tonally it was very confrontational but not like in a stand your ground because you're innocent kind of way.

 

Anyway - yeah, in isolation the phrasing does sound kind of weird. Almost like someone speaking English as their second language which obviously isn't the case for Hally.

Not entirely true, I periodically read the deadthread but mostly deuced out once I saw the setup and went to go fix mafia on another site.

 

 

 

Without reading the game to specifically see what you mean, I don't think there's a terrible description of her approach as mafia.  I would agree that it really hasn't shown up here.

I assumed it was about Kat, and that's why I'm confused.  You said you don't think they would be T/T.  First, I haven't seen anything in the thread that makes me think that's an impossibility.  Secondly, and more importantly, you said you're beginning to rethink your vote because you think Kat is probably mafia.  Based on your stance of them not being T/T, Kat being mafia shoul dmean ??? for Zander/Alanna.

first off I dislike them both, i just dislike kat more. And while thinking that I remembered about the back and forth between the 2. Though I am probably just screwing up my reads because I Am not only connecting people day one but within the 1st 7 pages. so lol me.

That goes for anybody else that feels that way, too.  Because I feel like I've probably played more with Cory than anybody on this forum, and he's done nothing whatsoever that he couldn't do as mafia, and there's a hell of a lot of things he could do as town that he hasn't.  Admittedly, we're less than 350 posts in so that's by no means overly damning, but I don't get why anybody is feeling particularly good about him.

it was more on the lines of kats posts. I think she has a good chance to be scum, and i don't think her and the hydra would be t/t

 

 

Because the way this reads to me is:

 

"I think maybe I shouldn't be voting them."

"Why not?"

"Because I think Kat is likely mafia."

 

And that makes a ton of sense if you think they're never teammates, but it makes about zero sense if you still feel badly about the hydra (which you've said you do) and you think they're plausible teammates.

On the Cory note, him and Zander are highly unlikely to be scummates.  If either flips mafia, the other isn't mechanically cleared but I would have a hard time lynching them basically ever.

I have my own reasons, but I highly doubt I am going to convince anyone to feel one way or another about cory. 80% of the people will most likely be sus of him regardless of what he says or how townie/scummy they think he is.

since you want something on my feels. I liked the way some of his posts felt in vacuum. there was 1 in particularly I liked, mostly gut. which like you said, others would just think was null.

hallia is the only 1 I have above him. so yea I trust him.

this feels an awful lot like mafia karts when you blow things out of proportion. Im curious is there anything your actually trying to get out of this, or are you just trying to paint me in a bad light by trying to twist things.
I never say that they can't be m/m but I never see alanna throwing dirt at a teamate within 6 pages. SOOOO if kat flips mafia, I probably will not vote the hydra.

I am on page 10, and currently I feel like kat has a higher chance to flip maia than the hydra. NOW kat ususally becomes extremely obvious to me later on so i am giving her some time. but those 2 are at the bottom of my list. along with bfg.

so can we please stop arguing over the same thing. all I am doing is repeating myself now.......

It's not perfect, but I think it's good enough.  There's one perfectly logical answer to it than I've come up with (which I'll bring up in the AM, too :P), but for less than twelve hours into a game with two or three votes on the board - period - I should doubt it factors in.

I said your argument about Zander was bad.  I proved how it was factually wrong, and I explained why I think it was a good look for him.

I showed my interpretation of your posts, explained why that didn't fit with your statements, and asked you to elaborate on your thought process.

 

 

If you feel any of that makes you look bad, that's your problem.  I'll be over here trying to figure out people's alignment - including yours.

1. I asked zander a question-  I literally never cased him or played a argument against him. (misconstruing) I voted mainly about alanna. though I need to stop trying to tie people together so early because its going to be extremely bad, and that 1 doesn't really make that much sense unless the hydra is the wolf. and kat and hally are town.

that all is getting confusing and just going to screw up reads.

She expressed concern over a slot.  She explained it.  That happened.  You can say it was justified or not, you can agree with her opinion or disagree.  I don't care.  But you can't argue it didn't happen.  And if it happened, that means Zander can argue it was thin reasoning (regardless of whether you, me, or anybody else disagrees).  All that matters is whether people buy that thinking from him.
