I commented earlier on not remembering any solving from Calder. I just looked over his ISO. There was a little bit of solving, namely he focused on the concept of Manbat and Zander both having Laine at the top of their list.

 

His progression on Zander also doesn't seem to be there. The first thing he says against Zander is that he isn't trusting him. There is nothing leading to the vote. The vote itself is at the end of an unrelated topic, with no reasoning.

 

 

 

 

 

Manbat and Zander would not be a group I would suspect to be on a lynch train early together. Not sure if that is a good sign for that lynch or terrible.

Id say it depends on whether or not zander is a villager but I also have a biased perspective being that I am me

 

 

Well yea. But, purely from a way players read people. I would not have put you and Zander on a D1 lynch together. Thought processes are much different (or my perception of them is).

 

Which leads me to two scenarios:

1.  Zander is scum joining a vocal voice on a bad case

2. Good case that was picked up from different angles.

 

Those popped into my head as the scenarios I find believable. 

 

Unless Zander voted first and then I need to reevaluate.

I know. That is my point. They made a big fuss at my work one day bc only 1 person (guess who) wasnt contributing to the 401-K for their free money. I responded that I dont believe in them.

1. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Economics 101. Opportunity cost. If I am getting a bit of money to put away my earned cash in a lockbox for 45 years than it aint free. I likely wont live to see it. It is like burning money.

Regarding your question to me. No, I did not mean that reading Zander's posts would give an accurate picture of your game. I understand that it may have came off that way. My issue was actually with my brain having difficulty earlier today coming up with a reason that you would be at the top of manbat and Zander's lists at the same time. I view them as very different style of readers and didn't know what in your gameplay early pings them both.

 

So I thought reading Zander's reasoning would let me figure out if it was legitimate Zander thought process or contrived to match what he viewed as a solid potential wagon. I landed on the side not believing Zander. His posts weren't a vessel to evaluate you, instead a way for me to see if I bought Zander going after you over it.

 

 

I havn't changed my mind on Zander. Did not like his push on you, nor subsequent reactions.

Feel really good about Darthe, Manbat, Turin (just feel here - talked about Dartge and Manbat earlier). Was feeling good about Eldrick. Trending back to null on him.

Gun to my head is slight town read on Sooh and Hallia. Neither read feels strong. Not many others have given enough for reads.

Laine is my wildcard. Town by default if Zander flips scum. If Zander is town I worry about you.

Just got caught up. I feel not as good as yesterday, but still 50/50 on you. Your posts just dont have the normal Zanderness trustworthiness aspect to them that I usually see.

What would be an alternative option from Darth? Bc I wont move there.

I got Eldrick as major town lean. I think him going straight for you is either town or fully exposed Wolf team on D1 (unlikely, but a Zander lynched also answers this question anyway).

Going over Laine's ISO, trying to get a feel for her. There are some things that I like and they feel towny, but then I get this nagging feeling that they could be said by scum too.

 

It all boils down to with Laine, it's a measure of effort, and I expect Town!Laine to be providing more than she is here.

 

 

FFS Eldrick I can put in the same level of effort as a wolf, I'm sorry that this isn't good enough but I have a life. Yet I don't see you saying ANYTHING to those who literally aren't here and haven't been here.

There isn't much to say. Not contributing much D1 is null. Continuing to do so for several phases is telling. I'm not one to lynch an inactive early. It's not worth it. If there is lurking scum in there, they will still be lurking later.

That being said, I just looked over their content, and it leaves much to be desired. There's a distinct possibility there's a wolf in thane/kronos, but I think it's one for us to hunt at a later date. There are active wolves out there too. Let's work with the information we actually have first.

 

(Not ignoring the possibility that they both are wolves. It just feels better worded that way, instead of including the conditional with each mention)

mafia need to kill the cop in this setup. If Lenlo was mafia they'd know that Turin wasn't the cop which means they killed someone they knew was VT. I would guess this happens in maybe 1% of games played with this setup.

I still have to sort the bottom of my list. I need to do some ISOs of the people who have posted, and I will be reading Lenlo's case on Hallia. I don't know if it's possible to discern anything about WBK/Thane, but by POE they are definitely down the list a bit. 

 

I really want them both to play, and I want to give them the chance to, regardless their alignment, but if it takes much longer before they are at least somewhat in play they should probably be replaced.
