How is it possible to have 2 cult teams and kills this game?

What do you mean?

 

It just seems OP to have 2 opposing Cult teams who can also kill and recruit. It just makes no sense in the long run.

 

There really hasn't been that many kills though. Perhaps there's a mechanic we don't see, like BFG was converted, and if she wasn't already a town RB, which I've NEVER seen before, she might have gotten that role after being converted. Maybe there are other roles you can get once converted too, like a kill or something. I don't know. I haven't played in a cult game before, and I ALREADY HATE IT!

If you have 4 I said you win if they dont get one of you. If you have 3 your in a great spot but dont win next phase automatically. But your team is less exposed than mine. You are without a doubt the biggest enemy.
