my apologies for the absence the past 173 (!) pages. I've been hit hard by a flu, and today is the first day in nearly a week where i feel more or less able to log in to DM. I can't promise in depth reading of all the previous events (some recaps would be appreciated) and i'll try to pay attention to the further development of the game.

We mislynched twice

lynching a wolf today would be optimal, and your help would be appreciated. I think you're a villager, because it would take some... well some confidence in your scum game to leave for two full days and come back into the thread and try so yeah

 

I'm cutting you some slack here, but don't think this is a free pass or nothin

Still don't think I count as a mislynch.

 

That's one of the things you missed thane. Debate over D0. Whether there was mafia or not. Whether alignments were assigned after the D0 lynch was decided. It made me a stump. My thinking is whoever was lynched would have gotten stump, and it just makes sense for the chance of said stump being Town to be 100%.

I'm a bit lost in this game. I was exhausted from the last two games and thought I could just exist in this one without reading too much.

That has really crippled me this game and I really regret it because if I'd just stuck with it from the beginning it wouldn't be a problem (aside from my sanity).

And yeah I've played with Hallia a lot.

I think this is the only game I've played with her recently though.

Last one was probably a game on JN ~6 months ago.

 

Soft claiming is scummy from anyone. I don't care if this is her thing if that's what you're getting at.

Although, like I said, I find it troubling the rest of the town hasn't forced her to claim since the soft claims started early day 1.

It is a bad idea though.

 

I believe someone who's soft claiming is more likely to be scum than town but townies still do it. Who knows why.

 

I am voting Hallia because I want her to claim not necessarily because I think she's scum.

Small thing but I don't like that Shad said we earned a free lynch.

We don't know why there was no kill and either way mislynches are always bad.

Day 1 is usually viewed as a crapshoot because there is no prior info to go on but after that mislynches are never acceptable imo.

Just rubs me the wrong way it's not necessarily scummy although I could see a mafia saying this.

I don't like that this is a question. It leaves you wondering whether Shad is for or against it. You think it implies he's against it but you're just applying tone to text. There is no real tone here. Taken at face value he is looking for someone else to justify this instead of taking a stance himself.
