Oh thank god

For anyone who is going to brave rereading a 200-page thread with me, helpful advice: put all dead villagers on ignore to cut your time.

Off the top of my head Shad and Zander are basically a million percent clear for things I remember but going to reread to confirm

But they were probably clear anyway

But there should be a TON of good stuff here now after how d1 and d2 went

I feel so dumb for not stopping the Sooh lynch d2. We could literally be in a different game now, I thought her and Lenlo could never be w/w after Sooh's reactions to Lenlo near the end of d1. She got snappier than I would imagine she'd get at a scummate

I have been playing this game under the assumption that Lenlo was scum since D2.

Yates defended him a lot early on for ??? reasons. Thane had awkward interactions with him. BFG did exactly what I caught scum!Sooh for doing in Alien but over all she hasn't looked terrible, just inactive (which might be her tell). RTE did things today that I didn't like but I don't remember them anymore. Hallia with the hammer to save Lenlo yesterday but I can't help but feel she's different in a positive if subtle way this game. Tab has just been scummy on her own merits.

Out of Yates/Thane/BFG/Tab/Hallia

Hallia has the least "merits" but there's a gut feeling I'm struggling to overcome.

Yates has played opportunistic irt Lenlo and irt Cory if Cory's town.

BFG pretty much same as Yates.

Thane playing to town meta while doing things that benefit scum. I have seen that happen before when Thane was town. Mostly all that bugs me about him is how Lenlo treated him earlier.

Tab I'm pretty biased against, wanted to lynch her all game. She keeps saying things that are shallow and meaningless and the whole "let's not lynch Lenlo because any player could theoretically be town" thing really pushed me over the edge on her.

My pov isn't so much a pov as reality. Clov was basically making a meta statement and you decided to present it as an attack/insult. And it's funny that you are so focused on Lenlo right now given that Clov specifically addressed Lenlo wrt his experience with your meta. Which, in retrospect, you would think would influence your interpretation of events.

Of course, it's also possible that I have a better broad view of the scenario in that I came in late and got to see the whole picture. And also, you actually ARE sensitive and I might be willing to buy that you took that as an insult. And that's kind of the whole point. It wasn't, imo, intended as an insult. And I wanted to make sure that was clear.

My vote on lenlo is based on this: and I've already said this in the thread.

His posts were forced, they lack content, he hadn't until just now after i implied he should, addressed his wagon in a concerted way which may or may not be scum who is playing it safe and hoping the storm will pass.

The bold is a fair enough statement. I guess I thought he was ignoring something specific. And honestly, he still hasn't actually addressed his wagon so much as acknowledged it. But that's kind of why I asked the question. I agree with his assessment in post 175 that it wasn't like anyone brought up any points that I saw that he needed to address. Actually, since I'm in quasi full catch up mode and noticed, they didn't come out of a hat. Those are the three people [along with himself] that people had been mentioning as scum suspects. Because, yeah - what's the difference between Thane and Tabor? Nobody mentioned Tabor.

Let me finish catching up and I'll look back at Lenlo a bit. I kind of let things play out because there were some bad pushes on him early, but that doesn't mean he isn't a wolf caught for the wrong reasons.

Meh. Continue to not have a real problem with anything. His reads list stands out at first given his bottom three but if you look at his nulls? It's not even a terrible POE from his pov. And maybe the thread *did* influence his scum reads but w/e. It doesn't look like he's just making stuff up to fit the thread consensus.

I actually feel okay about Lenlo.

I was (In my mind atleast) considered a jester of mafia. No one took me seriously. I coasted on jokes, chatting and the occasional good mafia gambit/town PR gamble.

I didn't want to call you a jester or a joke - that seems harsh - but I agree that you weren't taken seriously and were often the defacto D1 lynch.

I'm pretty happy with a lynch on Tab, Sooh, Lenlo, or Pral at this point, and I would have no qualms with Rack or BFG. I felt decent enough with Nomi as a candidate yesterday, but I do appreciate his effort, and even if I disagree with a pretty good amount of the stuff he's saying...that doesn't make him scum. I'm going to do a re-read on him and make a final decision but I have a feeling I'm going to move in a different direction.
I agree that I like Nomi a lot more today.

I'm not lynching Lenlo. He's going to be my polarizing hard confirmed Town for the game.

Talk to me about Tab? What are you seeing? I feel like I should have a ~~better~~ read on her. But I don't. Maybe I just want her to be Town?

The "too easy" solve says scum are some combination of Rack, Sooh, Tab, Lenlo, Pral, and BFG. I'll be damned if I didn't name at least two of them though.
Take Lenlo out and I'm happy to lynch in this list exclusively.

I compromised in agreement. But tbf, I was pretty sure Rack was lying atp.

Cause im curious if that list matchs up with those jumping ship over to me, when it was a real possibility that Rack could shoot Sooh.

Cause get this: If Sooh is scum and Rack is going to shoot them, then it is in scums best interest to lynch someone other than Rack /OR/ convince him to shoot someone else so as to save a teammate. Cause the push on me never really built until Rack announced his role.

This is why I think you're Town this game. I think this is a reasonable line of thought. When I have more time I'll try to remember to go back and find a full list.

Asking questions like "what have I done that looks scummy" looks scummy.

A better question is really for yourself, "what can I do to make myself more obviously Town?"

Of course, the other way of going about it is to just ask what needs clarification since if you are Town anything you say is coming from a TPOV and you should be able to explain without issue.

There's a bit from Yates on d1 about Lenlo that actually makes me think they have slightly higher w/w equity than most. It's a joke he made that I think he's the type of guy to make exactly with a fellow wolf. If you know what it is, props to you.

I hate going back on my Lenlo read because I so want to read him right as Town. But I could vote Lenlo or RTE right now. Maybe even Hally. Really, I'd vote anyone in Clov's meh-wolf list because I think he is more right than wrong there.

I don't like absolutes like that, especially based on "Well x thought they were town sooooo..." Think it's poor play. It's like me saying "Ok, that's it. Cory said Lenlo is scum. I am not voting anyone else until he is dead. He will always be my number one scum suspect till he is dead."
