First off: I am not an island. I have tried my very very best to build bridges to other players. I can't control other people deciding to read me whichever way. I didn't have to drag people yelling and screaming d1 because my top wolfreads were Rack and Pral - WHOOPS - but they were on the button literally the entire day phase.

 

Unfortunately my ability as a "leader" is heavily dictated by my team. I'm not super powerful godman, especially not alone, because I take a very unique and specific approach to making reads, so I need people to support me. This game I have literally Zander and Thane that seem to want anything to do with me. I'd love to talk to Clov more but we seem to be on opposite schedules, probably some of which is my fault as my time is being taken up by the fact that I bought a condo, moved into a condo, and have been doing a redesign of the place in addition to my work schedule. Regardless, I have been here literally as much as possible. Today I'm being rejected wholly and I can do NOTHING about that, literally. If people decided to close their ears and eyes all I can do is kick and scream and I'm done kicking and screaming. So be it, whatever.

You know how I feel about your activity in general and I almost wanted to pursue it but A) I thought about several games where you were ~villagery as a villager and had lapses of inactivity because you aren't as thread present as I am (notably Ragnarok came to my head and another game we played here. Might have been when I was mentoring in April Fools). B) I did a relatively quick skim and saw several things I like that reaffirmed why I made the read in the first place.

Wolves are Zander, and if Sooh flips scum like I suspect you. If Sooh doesnt flip scum I would have to say maybe BFG and Dice? I havnt thought that much about if Sooh flips town atm because if she does im not lasting long this game.

 

For Town I wanna say Clov, Yates though I could easily be biased there cause of his defense of me. Shad and Sili are up there to.

 

In the middle are Hallia and Tab. If you flip scum, id say Hallia is town. If you flip town then Hallia is probably scum because I dont remember a game where you were both town and this kinda attitude between you two ever happened.

Zander isn't a wolf regardless of your alignment. He's not difficult to read and there's a lack of behind-the-skull depth to his wolf game and he does have a noticeable enough volume tell and he's outposting me ffs. His post style is similar in both roles but his thinking isn't. So no.

Why is Clov town? Are you literally reading Yates town because he defended you? Why is Shad and Sili town and what have they done to differentiate from their wolf games?

I like how Clov has played. Yates I feel good about, but as I said I could easily be biased by the fact that we see eye-to-eye on alot of subjects. Or atleast thats how I have seen it.

 

Shad and Sili havnt taken anything at just face value and run with it like a wolf could. Neither of them were under any obligation to ISO me, because it would be stupid easy to just vote and run the day down that way. No one would question it, and when I flipped town people would just go "He was scummy. Shoulda played better". But they didnt, they are taking the time to read and figure things out, just like they are with you. Shad I believe also acknowledged that I might not be completely crazy about Z.

 

I admittedly know nothing about how their wolf games are. I have played 1 game since coming back and only Sili was in it, and he was town. I decided to throw out most of my meta knowledge from before my hiatus because alot has probably changed.

Is there something that you're separating these for, or is it a lack of good candidates with a Town!sooh?  Off the top of my head, there's no reason that Dice or BFG couldn't be mafia with Sooh (though I don't believe either are).

 

While I fully agree that Cory flipping mafia is enough to write Hallia off, I think you have a big logic gap regarding him flipping town.  I still don't know if I believe that Hallia would want to push Cory early if she's mafia - if at all.  I don't really remember this kind of interaction between the two of them, either, but them both being townies mean they have to feel one another out.  

 

Where are you IRT Thane?  I think he's the only person you've left off.
