I have no idea what you are talking about. What? You think I have any experience with musical theater as a straight male?

You bet your bottom! Theater girls are cray cray!

Vince Fontaine in Grease

Stanley in Hello Dolly

Seymore in Little Shop of Horrors

Jester in Once Upon a Mattress

Big Deal in West Side Story

and chorus in a bunch of crap

ahhhhh :D

I love Little Shop!

I'm not a theater girl, though. :3 Had no time for rehearsals.

That's from Les Mis the movie with Russel Crow as Javier. The quote earlier is also from Javier talking to Jean val Jean at the very beginning.

Mr. Mushnick in Little Shop. Also Schroeder in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. But i always liked doing straight plays better than musicals

He took me in gave me shelter

A bed, crust of bread and a job.

Treats me like dirt, calls me a slob,

I'm an English major, so I getchu, buddy.

With that degree the only English you need to know is, "do you want fries with that?"

English/Theater double major now working in IT.

Sounds suspiciously like Derf.

Yeah but Hamlet did eventually #close so it's not a perfect analogy

Yo, that student friend character of Hamlet's was so in love with him. Was so clingy, meh. Wanted to die with him.

Theater geek here too :). I much preferred musicals though. Coroner in Wizard of Oz at 5, one of the younger girls in Fiddler at 7, Pepper in Annie, Agatha in Guys and Dolls, Vera in Mame, numerous musical acts in a play called Millenium Nightclub by a local playwright, etc :).
